The 法廷，裁判所 heard Ney had undergone 外科 for a '厳しい' 脚 傷害 while in hospital.

Mr Khatiz said Ney had also been 否定するd 医薬 for his mental illness.

'That's what my （弁護士の）依頼人 has 知らせるd me,' he said.

Outside of 法廷，裁判所, Mr Khatiz 明らかにする／漏らすd his （弁護士の）依頼人 ーするつもりであるd to defend the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against him on the grounds of mental illness.

'He's going through a very difficult 状況／情勢 at this time,' he said.
