Last week’s 窮地 ? whether to break the Brexit 行き詰まる by 押し進めるing for a pre-Christmas General 選挙 ? （機の）カム against the 背景 of starkly contrasting advice from two r ival （軍の）野営地，陣営s of 助言者s and 大臣s.

On one 味方する are the One Nation 穏健なs who want him to 延期する a 投票 until the spring to concentrate on passing his 取引，協定 through the ありふれたs. On the other is a group led by 長，指導者 補佐官 Dominic Cummings ? dubbed the 自殺 Squad by 対抗者s ? who want to keep 押し進めるing for a snap 投票 in December.

によれば No 10 sources, Mr Johnson sits ‘Buddha-like’ as the ‘強健な 交流s’ are 行為／行うd around him. One said: ‘He listens to all 味方するs, chipping in, “広大な／多数の／重要な idea, what about that”, and then waits to see if anyone comes 支援する to 反対する it. If they do, he goes, “Oh gosh, yes, good point.” Then he usually 味方するs with whatever Dom said.’

The 補佐官 追加するd: ‘It’s not civil war. But these people are assertive characters, which is as it should be. There are 明白に different 見解（をとる）s on how to get out of this. This is real roll-of-the-dice stuff. We are one bad move away from Corbyn having the 核の codes so 明白に these things have to be 強調する／ストレス-実験（する）d’.

Mr Cummings, along with other 退役軍人s of the 2016 投票（する） Leave （選挙などの）運動をする, has argued that a quick ‘people versus 議会’ 選挙 during the 切迫した 延期する to Brexit would create the perfect 条件s for a healthy Tory 大多数.

But the One Nation group ? led by Northern Ireland 長官 Julian Smith and 長年の 助言者 Sir Eddie Lister ? would rather 延期する an 選挙 and let the 取引，協定 go through the ありふれたs even if it is ‘難破させるd’ by プロの／賛成の-Remain 改正s such as 軍隊ing the UK to stay in a customs union. They argue that as no 議会 can 貯蔵所d its 後継者, a 未来 Tory 政府 could use its 大多数 from the next 選挙 to unpick any 難破させるing 改正s.

A 主要な One Nation 助言者 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs the 自殺 Squad has 軍隊d Mr Johnson to go against his ‘gut instinct’ to 延期する the 選挙 until at least March ? although 労働’s 推定する／予想するd 拒絶 to 投票（する） on tomorrow’s 動議 to 誘発する／引き起こす a 投票 means he is struggling to even 支配（する）／統制する that 決定／判定勝ち（する）.

Some 同僚s say that making high-火刑／賭けるs 決定／判定勝ち（する）s, under the long 影をつくる／尾行する of Theresa May’s 2017 選挙 fiasco, has left the 普通は ebullient 総理大臣 seeming ‘distracted and subdued’. But 補佐官s who work ed with Mr Johnson at City Hall 反対する: ‘As long as he is still laughing, he is 承認する. When the laughter stops, that is when you need to worry.

Mr Johnson has been 警告するd by the One Nation 穏健なs of the 危険 that if he 持つ／拘留するs a winter 選挙, 労働 could take advantage of the 推定する／予想するd flu 危機 ? the ウイルス is 広範囲にわたる Australia and 長，率いるing for the UK ? to savage the 政府’s stewardship of the NHS. Pictures of homeless people ‘氷点の on the streets’ could also be used to portray the party as ‘callous’.

Mr Johnson is understood to be 特に troubled by a 欠如（する） of 私的な data pointing to a likely Tory 勝利，勝つ in a December 選挙.

A One Nation source said: ‘There is not one piece of 証拠 to say where these extra seats will come from if we have a Christmas 選挙. Not one.

‘This is 完全に the wrong 戦略. Boris has bee n 逮捕（する）d by Cummings. What we want is Boris the 政治家. He should be calmly but resolutely getting the 取引，協定 through 議会. This is the 戦う／戦い for Boris’s political soul ? just as he wrote two newspaper articles, one 支援 Remain and one 支援 Leave, and only made his mind up at the last minute. That’s how he is.’

However, members of the 自殺 Squad 主張する the 撤退 法案 has to be ‘parked’ now to stop Remainers from 難破させるing it. One said: ‘議会 will try to f*** up the 撤退 法案 by 修正するing it to 含む a customs union or second 国民投票. There may even be a move to dust off Theresa May’s 取引，協定 and put that in.’

On Friday, Dominic Cummings told a 会合 that the 現在の 刈る of MPs was ‘the worst 議会 in 400 years’ and 主張するd that the 政府 should not ‘be sucked into the morass of this zombie 議会’
