A grieving mum says her teenage son's 悲劇の death from 溺死するing at a Vietnamese beach 宿泊所 was 予定 to '怠慢，過失' by 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 staff - and a 'dangerous' swimming pool.

There was also a very slow 返答 from the 地元の 救急車 service, which took almost two hours to arrive and was not 適切に equipped, an 検死 into the death of 19 year old Matthew Finn Cooke was told.

Mr Cooke from Stroud, was with six friends on a 支援する packing holiday in Vietnam when he died on May 22 this year.

He and the others were at a poolside drinking party と一緒に the pool at 宿泊所 Ninhvana, in the 沿岸の area of Nha Trang, in the 早期に hours of the morning when it is believed he slipped, fractured his skull and fell into the water where he 溺死するd.

He said when he went to bed Mr Cooke was still there. He heard a 'commotion,' went 支援する and saw his friend lying on the ground with people giving him CPR, he 明言する／公表するd.

She said there were no lifeguards, the lighting was poor, 安全 was 'lax..'

'There was poor 管理／経営 and a culture of encouraging guests to drink into the small hours of the morning,' said Mrs Cooke.

'My son's death resulted from the negligent behaviour of the staff and a dangerous pool.'
