A vegan who 避けるs taking the bus ーするために 避ける 偶発の 衝突，墜落s with insects or birds has today won a 目印 事例／患者 in which a 裁判官 支配するs?倫理的な veganism is a philosophical belief and therefore 保護するd by 法律.

The groundbreaking 事例／患者 was brought by?Jordi Casamitjana, who said he was 解雇（する）d by the League Against Cruel Sports after raising 関心s that its 年金 基金 was 存在 投資するd into companies 伴う／関わるd in animal 実験（する）ing.

The 55-year-old, from London, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he was 不公平に disciplined for making this 公表，暴露 and that the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 解任する him was because of his philosophical belief in 倫理的な veganism.?

For a belief to be 保護するd under the 行為／法令／行動する, it must 会合，会う a 一連の 実験（する）s 含むing 存在 worthy of 尊敬（する）・点 in a democratic society, not 存在 相いれない with human dignity and not 相反する with 根底となる 権利s of others.

In his 判決，裁定, 裁判官 Postle said 倫理的な veganism was 'important' and 'worthy' of 尊敬（する）・点 in a democratic society.

He said: 'I am 満足させるd 圧倒的に that 倫理的な veganism does 構成する a philosophical belief and is a 保護するd characteristic.'??

Speaking after the 判決，裁定, Mr Casamitjana said: 'I am 極端に happy. I didn't 推定する／予想する a judgment today.

'This is a very important 判決，裁定 for vegans everywhere in the world.?

'That will 奮起させる other vegans in other countries that don't have that 保護 to develop 事例／患者s that will lead to that 保護.'?

Dietary vegans and 倫理的な vegans both eat a 工場／植物-based diet, but 倫理的な vegans also try to 除外する all forms of animal 開発／利用 含むing not wearing 着せる／賦与するing made of wool or leather and not using 製品s 実験（する）d on animals.?

裁判官 Postle, who said he had read much of the written 声明s on Thursday, said he will 供給する a 十分な judgment at a later date.

He said: 'It [倫理的な veganism] is not just about choices of diet, but it is about what that person wears, and all 面s of their life seem to be 治める／統治するd by 倫理的な veganism.'

The 法廷 will now 決定する whether The League Against Cruel Sports 扱う／治療するd Mr Casamitjana いっそう少なく favourably because of his belief in 倫理的な veganism. The next 審理，公聴会 will be on February 20.

Mr Wyborn said: 'The league is now looking ahead to the 事実 審理，公聴会 in this 事例／患者 and to 演説（する）／住所ing the 推論する／理由 for Mr Casamitjana's 解雇／（訴訟の）却下, which it 持続するs was 予定 to his 不品行／姦通 and not the belief he 持つ／拘留するs.'

Mr Casamitjana said his belief in 倫理的な veganism could be seen in 'almost every 面' of his life.?

Speaking after the 判決，裁定, he said: 'This is a very important 判決，裁定 for vegans everywhere in the world. That will 奮起させる other vegans in other countries that don't have that 保護 to develop 事例／患者s that will lead to that 保護.'

Mr Daly said the judgment '確認するs' that Mr Casamitjana's belief in 倫理的な veganism is 保護するd in 法律.

Jordi Casamitjana's belief in 倫理的な veganism is 反映するd in almost every 面 of his day-to-day life, whether it be who he socialises with or the 輸送（する） he takes.

The 55-year-old, who lives in London, said a typical day will see him wake up and にわか雨 using vegan soaps, and 削減する his 耐えるd with a shaver 力／強力にするd by a 供給者 of vegan-friendly electricity.

Once leaving the house, if his 目的地 is within an hour's walking distance, he will walk rather than take the bus to 避ける any 'accid ental 衝突，墜落s with insects or birds', Mr Casamitjana said in a 証言，証人／目撃する 声明.

On the occasions he does have to use public 輸送（する）, he will try to 避ける 持つ／拘留するing on to leather ひもで縛るs.

'You can therefore not be sure whether any of the wasp's larvae is still inside the ripened fig and therefore I consider 消費 of figs to be inconsistent with veganism.'

In his former workplaces, Mr Casamitjana said if a 同僚 asks for cow's milk in their tea, they would have to serve it themselves.

His evenings consist of 参加するing in vegan outreach events and eating in London's vegan restaurants - a city he has been living in since 2005.

When watching TV, he said he tends to use Netflix to 確実にする he does not have to '耐える the sight of any advert advertising meat or animal 製品s.'

Mr Casamitjana, who is from Barcelona in Spain's Catalonia 地域, said he has lived in the UK since 1993 and has no children.
