A woman who saved a ベルギー Shepherd dog after the pooch was tied to a 激しく揺する, 捨てるd in a river and left to die has 明らかにする／漏らすd that she thought the dog was dead until she blinked.

It comes as a 31-year-old woman and 32-year-old man were 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of animal cruelty offences after the dog, 指名するd Bella, was spotted struggling in the River Trent.

Jane Harper was out walking on Monday afternoon in Farndon, Nottinghamshire, when her friend told her she could see the 長，率いる of a dog bobbing in the water.

With no thought to her own safety, Jane, dived into the river and tried to 解除する the dog out, but couldn't.

The animal, whose name was recorded on her microchip in 2010 as Bella, was taken to a vet where she is recovering

Jane 追加するd: 'The water was so murky, I couldn't pull her out. I saw a lead wrapped around her 脚, and a blue line that was 主要な 負かす／撃墜する to something 潜水するd.

'I got my arm underneath her and tried to 解除する her up.'??

'How could anyone do this to her?

'I don't know how long she had been in the water but I don't think she could have 生き残るd much longer. It was just so cruel.'

Pc Adam Pace, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: 'We are still 控訴，上告ing for （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the circumstances of the 出来事/事件, 含むing how many people were 伴う／関わるd.

'We are lucky that the 肉親，親類d member of the public 設立する and 救助（する）d her. Whilst the dog is still やめる 貧しく she has been showing some encouraging 調印するs by eating so hopefully she will be on the mend.

Pc Pace 以前 said that while the dog was 記録，記録的な／記録するd as Bella on her microchip in 2010, her 指名する may have been changed since then.
