The world's shortest man -? who 手段d 2ft 2.14ins but 'didn't let his small size stop him from getting the most out of life' - died today 老年の 27 in a hospital in Nepal, his family said.

Khagendra Thapa Magar, 立証するd by Guinness World 記録，記録的な／記録するs as the shortest man who could walk, died of 肺炎 at a hospital in Pokhara, 200 kilometres from Kathmandu, where he lived with his parents.

Mahesh Thapa Magar, his brother, said: 'He has been in and out of hospital because of 肺炎. But this time his heart was also 影響する／感情d. He passed away today.'

Mr Magar was first 宣言するd the world's shortest man in 2010 after his 18th birthday, photographed 持つ／拘留するing a 証明書 only a bit smaller than him.

However he 結局 lost the 肩書を与える after Nepal's Chandra Bahadur Dangi, who 手段d 54.6 centimetres, was discovered and 指名するd the world's shortest 動きやすい man.

Mr Magar 回復するd the 肩書を与える after Dangi's death in 2015.
