Oxfordshire and Warwickshire 郡 会議s 主張する pupils who no longer identify with their 生物学の sex must be 許すd to use the rooms of their ‘preferred gender’.

But lawyers say the 当局 are 合法的に wrong and have failed to take into account the 権利s of other children to privacy and dignity.

Paul Conrathe, of Sinclairslaw, who is 事実上の／代理 for parents of 第２位 school pupils, has written to Oxfordshire 公式の／役人s, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing their 政策 is wrong in 法律.?

And in a separate letter to Warwickshire 郡 会議, Tom Ellis, of A I 法律, wrote: ‘For many children… 存在 軍隊d to 株 洗面所s or changing 施設s with transgender pupils who 保持する the genitalia of the opposite sex will unacceptably 干渉する with their 権利 to privacy.’

An Oxfordshire 郡 会議 広報担当者 said: ‘We utterly 反駁する the suggestion that we are failing to 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限 children.’

Warwickshire 郡 会議 拒絶する／低下するd to comment.
