A pair of women have 述べるd their horror after a man 恐らく sprang out in 前線 of them from behind bushes and began 'violently masturbating'.?

The man 恐らく committed the lewd 行為／法令／行動する as a new mum and her friend were walking to their car at Wattamolla beach in the 王室の 国家の Park, south of Sydney, on Thursday afternoon.?
