Why should my husband's 殺し屋 go 解放する／自由な?

The 未亡人 of 殺人d headmaster Philip Lawrence yesterday attacked human 権利s 法律s which could bring about the 早期に 解放（する） of his 殺し屋.

フランs Lawrence 恐れるs ギャング（団） leader Learco Chindamo, 21, could be 解放する／自由なd next year after serving only half his 12-year 最小限 宣告，判決.

Chindamo, who stabbed her husband to death six years ago, has 適用するd to be 解放（する）d in the wake of a 目印 判決，裁定 in the European 法廷，裁判所 which led to freedom for James Bulger's 殺し屋s.

His 関税 - the length of time he spends in 刑務所，拘置所 - is 存在 reviewed by Lord 長，指導者 司法（官）, Lord Woolf, and the 結果 will be known soon.

Mrs Lawrence - the mother of Maroushka, 26, Myfanwy 24, まとまり, 20, and 14-year- old Lucien - said: ' Chindamo's 権利s have not been, nor are likely to be, 侵害する／違反するd in the most 根底となる way that my husband's and subsequently my children's have been.

'The European 条約 on Human 権利s 保証（人）s the "権利 to family life".

'In 厳しいing the soul of our family, Chindamo has 否定するd us that 権利.'

At the family home in Ealing, West London, Mrs Lawrence, 51, said: 'Any comments I could make about my particular 事例／患者, I made several months ago in a letter to Lord Woolf.

'In this letter I tried to look at the 状況／情勢 as objectively as I could. I have had no 返答 to this letter.

'Since long before my husband's 殺人 I have had a 熱烈な 利益／興味 in the whole field of human 権利s, not just in this country but across the world.

'In my letter, I pointed out that I take human 権利s 法律制定 very 本気で and I 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がる that it 適用するs as 平等に to Chindamo as to my own children.'

She went on: 'Several 問題／発行するs have occurred recently to do with my own and others' 状況／情勢, which leave me 深く，強烈に 関心d about the wider ramifications within society.

'I have a growing sense of unease that there is something 乱すing at the 核心 of our judicial system.'

Mrs Lawrence said she had also recently written to the Home 長官, David Blunkett, to 表明する her 関心s.

Her husband was attacked in 1995 as he tried to 保護する a 13-year- old pupil outside St George's Roman カトリック教徒 School in Maida Vale, North-West London.

Chindamo was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 殺人 and 刑務所，拘置所d at Her Majesty's 楽しみ in 1996.

But the 法廷，裁判所 of Human 権利s has 支配するd that it is unlawful for a Home 長官 to decide the period a juvenile should serve before 存在 適格の for 仮釈放（する）. It was lookating into the 事例／患者 of the Bulger 殺し屋s, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables.

Their 関税s had been 始める，決める by Michael Howard, who was also Home 長官 when Chindamo was 刑務所，拘置所d.

But the 法廷，裁判所 said such a 決定／判定勝ち（する） should be taken from the political 円形競技場 and given to the judicial system.

Lord Woolf is 現在／一般に giving 優先 to reviewing the 関税s of 88 under-16s 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 殺人 and 拘留するd at Her Majesty's 楽しみ.

A 広報担当者 for the Lord （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長's Department said nine reviews had been 完全にするd, 12 were under consideration and in the remaining 67, submissions from 犠牲者s' families or the 抑留者s were 存在 を待つd.

Lord Woolf is 推定する／予想するd to 支配する on three 事例／患者s next week. Two are thought to 伴う／関わる Emma Phillips, 17, who 殺人d an 年輩の woman during a 強盗, and Tasib Hussein, also 17, who killed a man in a snooker hall, also during a 強盗.

In six of the judgments already 配達するd, Lord Woolf has 削減（する） 宣告，判決s. Thompson and Venables had theirs 削除するd from 15 to eight years.

Chindamo is the son of an Italian マフィア ギャング（個々） 愛称d the Acidman, who is serving 15 years for a horrific attack on a woman.

Chindamo junior's ギャング（団） was 責任がある the 強姦 of an Austrian tourist 近づく King's Cross, North London, and the 近づく-致命的な stabbing of John Mills, husband of the Director of Public 起訴s at the time, Barbara Mills.
