Only a small fraction of British 商売／仕事s have been able to get 持つ／拘留する of 緊急 貸付金s to keep ticking over にもかかわらず 約束s that money would start flowing quickly.

Kyle Michael, owner of The White Swan pub in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, said this would be against 指導／手引 from his bank on data 保護.
The 49-year-old 抗議するd to?Buckinghamshire 郡 会議, but an officer told him: 'If the bank 声明 is not received, the 認める will not be 問題／発行するd.'

'We then received an email 支援する from the 会議 to say that they will only make 支払い（額）s direct into bank accounts, that they 要求するd three months backdated bank 声明s showing all 処理／取引s.
'I understand that they would need to check sort code bank 詳細（に述べる）s etc, but they should not have 接近 to daily 処理／取引s for a 商売／仕事, nor is it under the 政府 指導基準s to do so.?
'I challenged Buckinghamshire 会議 and they （機の）カム 支援する 説 'send us the 支払い（額）s, or you don't get the money'.

Mr Michaels has been the landlord of the pub for five years, but has been in the pub 産業 for 32 years.
He said the pub's 週刊誌 turnover is about £5,000 - so every week they are losing that 量.
