Seven former party staff members and 新聞記者／雑誌記者 John Ware are bringing a 事例／患者 against the former 対立 leader after he attacked 後継者 Sir Keir Starmer's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to settle a 名誉き損 （人命などを）奪う，主張する 誘発するd by a BBC Panorama 文書の.

After the programme 空気／公表するd last year, 労働 （刑事）被告 the whistleblowers of 存在 'disaffected former 公式の／役人s' and said they had 'worked 活発に to 土台を崩す' Mr Corbyn as leader and had 'both personal and political axes to grind'.

In a 声明 解放（する）d this afternoon Mr Corbyn, who やめる after five tumultuous years in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 led to 選挙 humiliation in December, said the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to settle was 'disappointing' and 'a political 決定／判定勝ち（する）'?as 労働's?anti-Semitism civil war 爆発するd into fresh 衝突.

The move by Sir Keir Starmer's party is part of a 解決／入植地 目的（とする）d at 製図／抽選 a line under 主張s made during Jeremy Corbyn's leadership that the party had 許すd the overt 憎悪 of ユダヤ人の people to fester

'Our 合法的な advice was that the party had a strong defence, and the 証拠 in the 漏れるd 労働 報告（する）／憶測 that is now the 支配する of an NEC 調査 led by ツバメ Forde QC 強化するd 関心s about the 役割 played by some of those who took part in the programme.'

Mr McCluskey, whose union is 労働's largest 財政上の 支援者,?tweeted: 'Today's 解決／入植地 is a misuse of 労働 Party 基金s to settle a 事例／患者 it was advised we would 勝利，勝つ in 法廷，裁判所.?

But former 労働 MP John Mann, now an 独立した・無所属 助言者 to the 政府 on anti-Semitism, tweeted: 'The bravest of the 勇敢に立ち向かう are the 労働 staff members who did what was 権利.

And at 総理大臣's Questions today, when Mr Corbyn's leadership （機の）カム up, Sir Keir said the party was 'under new 管理／経営'.?

A 広報担当者 for the 労働 leader later pointed out that all the 労働 leadership 候補者s earlier this year - Sir Keir, Rebecca Long-Bailey and Lisa Nandy - had 誓約（する）d to 'settle this 問題／発行する', 追加するing: 'It's a 調印する that we will take a 無-寛容 approach to anti-Semitism.'?

In a 声明 when the programme was broadcast, a 労働 広報担当者 - 事実上の／代理 for Mr Corbyn - called the whistleblowers 'disaffected former 公式の／役人s' and said they had 'worked 活発に to 土台を崩す' the leader and had 'both personal and political axes to grind'.

Iain McNicol, the party's former general 長官 who was the eighth interviewee on the programme, was not 伴う／関わるd in the 活動／戦闘.

At a 簡潔な／要約する 審理，公聴会 in London, William Bennett QC, barrister for the seven whistleblowers, said: 'The whistleblowers were 高度に 批判的な of the 労働 Party's approach to 取り組むing anti-Semitism within its 階級s.'

At the same 審理，公聴会, 労働 also apologised to John Ware - the 新聞記者／雑誌記者 who made the Panorama programme - for 誤って 告発する／非難するing him of '審議する／熟考する and malicious misrepresentations designed to 誤って導く the public'.

Mr Bennett said 労働 had 申し立てられた／疑わしい that Mr Ware 'invented 引用するs, 侮辱する／軽蔑するd journalistic 倫理学 and ... knowingly 促進するd falsehoods' in 追跡 of 'a pre-決定するd 結果 to the question asked by the Panorama programme'.

He 追加するd that the party had agreed to 支払う／賃金 '相当な 損害賠償金' to Mr Ware.

The £500,000 payout that 労働 has to make covers 損害賠償金 for Mr Ware and the seven whistleblowers, 同様に as 合法的な costs.?

In a 声明, the claimants ' solicitor 示す 吊りくさび said: 'Today in the High 法廷，裁判所, the 労働 Party 撤回するd its 誤った 主張s made about the Panorama programme asking whether 労働 was anti-Semitic.

'The answer was a （疑いを）晴らす ''yes''. 労働 chose to 二塁打 負かす／撃墜する and attack the programme's presenter, John Ware, and the whistleblowers rather than 演説（する）／住所ing the truth of the problem.

'It is ironic that the 労働者s' party chose to 行為／法令／行動する as disgruntled bosses who had been caught out.'

He 追加するd: 'This is just the start. 活動／戦闘s are 存在 taken against those who repeat the 名誉き損s, and will be taken against those who choose to do so in 未来. An honest opinion has to be based upon facts.

'Regrettably, there are too many out there who do not bother to check the facts when the facts do not support their 派閥の 見解（をとる）.'

Ofcom 拒絶するd 28 （民事の）告訴s against the programme for 申し立てられた／疑わしい bias, 結論するing that it was 'duly impartial' and 含むd 労働's 返答 prominently throughout.

Today, the party 問題／発行するd a 圧力（をかける） 解放（する） する権利を与えるd 'an 陳謝 from the 労働 Party to Kat Buckingham, Michael Creighton, Samuel Matthews, Dan Hogan, Louise Withers Green, Benjamin Westerman and Martha Robinson'.

It said: 'The 労働 Party has today 問題／発行するd an unreserved 陳謝 to the former members of staff who 与える／捧げるd to a BBC Panorama programme about anti-Semitism within the 労働 Party in July 2019.

'Before the broadcast of the programme, the 労働 Party 問題／発行するd a 圧力（をかける） 解放（する） that 含む／封じ込めるd defamatory and 誤った 主張s about these whistleblowers.

'We 認める the many years of 献身的な and committed service that the whistleblowers have given to the 労働 Party as members and as staff. We 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がる their 価値のある 出資／貢献 at all levels of the Party.

'We unreservedly 身を引く all 主張s of bad 約束, malice and lying. We would like to apologise unreservedly for the 苦しめる, 当惑 and 傷つける 原因（となる）d by their 出版（物）. We have agreed to 支払う／賃金 them 損害賠償金.

'Under the leadership of Keir Starmer and Angela Rayner, we are committed to 取り組むing anti-Semitism within the 労働 Party. Anti-Semitism has been a stain on the 労働 Party in 最近の years. It has 原因（となる）d 容認できない and unimaginable levels of grief and 苦しめる for many in the ユダヤ人の community, 同様に as members of staff.

Speaking outside 法廷，裁判所 after the 審理，公聴会, 労働's 影をつくる／尾行する 弁護士／代理人／検事 general Lord Falconer said: 'It is a （疑いを）晴らす line under a 論争 between the 労働 Party and people who had been whistleblowers about anti-Semitis m.

'The 労働 Party made 絶対 （疑いを）晴らす in its 声明 in open 法廷，裁判所 that it withdrew 完全に any 主張 of dishonesty or bad behaviour against the whistleblowers and the 新聞記者／雑誌記者 伴う／関わるd.

'It is for the (Equality and Human 権利s) （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 to make its findings public when it chooses ... but we have brought to an end a 一時期／支部 when the 労働 Party was 告発する／非難するing whistleblowers of behaving dishonestly and I'm incredibly glad that we have brought it to an end.

'We can 焦点（を合わせる） now not on litigation, which is a 悲惨な thing for a party to be 焦点（を合わせる）ing on.

'Instead, it should be 焦点（を合わせる）ing on 支持する／優勝者ing the things that 事柄 to the public, so it's a good day.'

It comes nine days after 労働 received a copy of a long-を待つd 報告（する）／憶測 into whether it victimised Jews during the Corbyn years.

The Equality and Human 権利s （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限's 草案 結論s have not yet been made public, but insiders 推定する／予想する them to be 'damning'.
