At the 手始め of Friday's 審理,公聴会, Lady 司法(官) King said: 'There was a 違反 of the 出入港禁止 which 保存するd the confidentiality of the judgment until 手渡す 負かす/撃墜する, the judgment having been 循環させるd to the parties on July 9.

'Either a copy of that judgment, or the 必須の contents of that judgment, were 公表する/暴露するd or passed on to The Sun 国家の newspaper in 前進する of the judgment 存在 手渡すd 負かす/撃墜する on July 16.'

The 裁判官 追加するd that 'the article was 除去するd during the course of the night' before the 法廷,裁判所 of 控訴,上告 gave its 判決,裁定.

Begum was one of three east London schoolgirls who travelled to Syria to join the Islamic 明言する/公表する group in February 2015.

Lord 司法(官) Flaux - sitting with Lady 司法(官) King and Lord 司法(官) Singh - said: 'Fairness and 司法(官) must, on the facts of this 事例/患者, outweigh the 国家の 安全 関心s, so that the leave to enter 控訴,上告s should be 許すd.'

The 裁判官 設立する that 'the 国家の 安全 関心s about her could be 演説(する)/住所d and managed if she returns to the 部隊d Kingdom'.

Lord 司法(官) Flaux also said: 'With 予定 尊敬(する)・点 to SIAC, it is 考えられない that, having 結論するd that Ms Begum could not take any meaningful part in her 控訴,上告 so that it could not be fair and 効果的な, she should have to continue with her 控訴,上告 nonetheless.'

A lack of fast food meant he lost 30 kilos and was last seen languishing in a jail on the Syrian border with Turkey.

26-year-old west Londoner Hamza Parvez - the first known British man to have joined the group in Iraq who was 逮捕(する)d by Kurdish-led 軍隊s outside the group's final 要塞/本拠地 in Banghouz, in April last year.

He was dubbed 'Hungry Hamza' because he 繰り返して tweeted about loving life with ISIS ? but then moaned about how much he 行方不明になるd KFC, Nando's and McDonald's dinners.?

He was used by ISIS to tweet about the food 利用できる in the caliphate 含むing ice cream and あられ/賞賛するd life there as the 'golden age of jihad'.

But as it 崩壊(する)d a 欠如(する) of 急速な/放蕩な food meant he lost 30 キロs and was last seen languishing in a 刑務所,拘置所 on the Syrian 国境 with Turkey.

The 26-year-old left his home in west London to join the terror group, but after he 降伏するd to Kurdish 軍隊s he (人命などを)奪う,主張するd he did not realise ISIS were so bad when he went to join up.?

Cardiff's ice cream jihadi

A British ice cream 販売人 who went to join ISIS in Syria five years ago has pleaded to come home because he 行方不明になるs his mother and his life in Cardiff.

Aseel Muthana left むちの跡s for Syria in February 2014, 老年の 17, に引き続いて his brother Nasser and another friend in joining the jihadist group.

His family 恐れるd he had died but Muthana has now resurfaced at a 刑務所,拘置所 (軍の)野営地,陣営 in northern Syria and his mother has 支援するd his 嘆願 to come home.
