Keith Roby, 56 who 作品 for a 製造業の company in Wigan told MailOnline: ‘We’re one of the ten boroughs that （不足などを）補う Greater Manchester and are 支払う／賃金ing the price for what is happening in some of them where coronavirus 率s have 増加するd.

‘It doesn’t seem 権利 that we are 存在 penalised like this. It was hard enough during the first lockdown and now could be on our way to another one. Wigan is a self-含む／封じ込めるd area, it doesn’t have a large 全住民 and I don’t see why these 制限s are 存在 課すd on us?’
