ビタミン D 補足(する)s 'could keep Covid-19 患者s out of 集中的な care' as 熟考する/考慮する finds hospital 患者s given 100micrograms per week had '意味ありげに 減ずるd' need for life support

  • High doses of 補足(する) were given to 50 患者s in hospital with coronavirus
  • Only one (2%) 認める to ICU but all 結局 回復するd and were 発射する/解雇するd
  • In a 類似の group not given the 医薬, 50% went into 集中的な care

扱う/治療するing coronavirus 患者s with high doses of ビタミン D 補足(する)s could help keep them out of 集中的な care, a 熟考する/考慮する has 示唆するd.

研究員s gave high doses of calcifediol ? a type of ビタミン D 補足(する) ? to 50 患者s hospitalised with Covid-19 in Spain.

They were given 100 micrograms of the 補足(する) over the course of a week, with 55mcg on the first day and then two booster doses of 27mcg on days three and seven. The dose was higher than the 70mcg 週刊誌 限界 recommended by the NHS.

Scientists compared the 関係者s' health with 26 volunteers in a 支配(する)/統制する group who were not given the tablets, which are 普通は 定める/命ずるd to 患者s with 甲状腺 or 腎臓 problems.

Just one 患者 given calcifediol fell ill enough to be 認める to 集中的な care, 反して half of the 関係者s in the 支配(する)/統制する group were taken to ICU and two died.

There were no deaths の中で volunteers receiving the ビタミン and all 50 患者s were 結局 発射する/解雇するd by the end of the 熟考する/考慮する.

専門家s now believe Covid-19 原因(となる)s a 壊滅的な build-up of a 化学製品 called bradykinin, which makes 血 大型船s leaky and 運動s up the 危険 of inflammation.

Calcifediol is one of the few hormones which 規制するs the bradykinin and it can also 妨げる the 免疫の system from going into overdrive.

研究員s have been divided over whether a ビタミン D 欠陥/不足, which is 決定的な to the 免疫の system, can raise the 危険 of dying of Covid-19. Some scientists 示唆するd that it may be one of the 推論する/理由s 黒人/ボイコット people 直面する a higher 危険 of dying from the illness, because they do not produce as much of the ビタミン 自然に.

Taking too much ビタミン D can 原因(となる) bone and 組織/臓器 損失 over time, however, and scientists discouraged people from trying to self-medicate.

Calcifediol ? a type of vitamin D supplementation ? appeared to slash the risk of a Covid-19 patient needing intensive care when it was given in huge doses, a study in Spain found (stock image of the drug)

Calcifediol ? a type of ビタミン D supplementation ? appeared to 削除する the 危険 of a Covid-19 患者 needing 集中的な care when it was given in 抱擁する doses, a 熟考する/考慮する in Spain 設立する (在庫/株 image of the 麻薬)

For the 熟考する/考慮する, 研究員s from the University of Cordoba in Spain and 研究 university KU Leuven in Belgium 監視するd 76 hospital 患者s with Covid-19.

Fifty of the 患者s were 無作為に 割り当てるd to have calcifediol tablets, along with normal care.

Twenty-six volunteers?were put in a 支配(する)/統制する group who only received 基準 care, to compare the 治療 to.

Because the 熟考する/考慮する was 行為/行うd several months ago, the 基準 care for coronavirus in Spain was hydroxychloroquine and?azithromycin. These two 麻薬s have since been proven 効果のない/無能な at 扱う/治療するing the ウイルス.?

Calcifediol was given in high doses at 50 micrograms on the first day then 26 micrograms on the third and seventh day.?These 患者s were then given the 麻薬 at this dose 週刊誌 until they were 発射する/解雇するd.

The NHS recommends people do not take more than 70 micrograms of ビタミン D a week, because it 警告するs it can 原因(となる) bone and 組織/臓器 損失 over time.

VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY 'COULD RAISE COVID-19 DEATH RISK' FOR BAME PEOPLE?

BAME people may 直面する a higher 危険 of dying from the coronavirus because they are more likely to have a ビタミン D 欠陥/不足, scientists (人命などを)奪う,主張する.

The pandemic is seeing higher 率 s of people from 黒人/ボイコット, Asian and 少数,小数派 民族の backgrounds dying if they catch the coronavirus.

The 推論する/理由s are still unknown and will likely be 非常に/多数の and 複雑にするd.?But some 専門家s think a 欠如(する) of ビタミン D may play a 役割.

People with darker 肌 need to spend more time in sunlight ーするために get the same 量 of ビタミン D as a person with はしけ 肌.

For this 推論する/理由, the NHS 示唆するs people with an African, African-Caribbean or south Asian background could 利益 from take a daily 補足(する) throughout the year.

ビタミン D may have a 保護の 影響 against 厳しい coronavirus by 規制するing the 免疫の system, and 欠陥/不足s of it have been linked to other respiratory ウイルスs.

However, the largest 熟考する/考慮する to 調査/捜査する the link between BAME, Covid-19 and ビタミン D in a UK 全住民 設立する no proof.???

William Henley, a professor of 医療の 統計(学) at University of Exeter, told MailOnline the link is 価値(がある) 調査するing.

He said:?'予選 研究 示唆するs ビタミン D levels may also 衝撃 on the 危険 of people 苦しむing from 厳しい COVID-19 感染s.?

'In the UK and northern European latitudes, ビタミン D 欠陥/不足 is a public health 関心 because 紫外 B (UVB) 放射(能) is of insufficient intensity for ビタミン D 合成 during winter months.?

'This is a particular 関心 for people with dark 肌, such as those of African, African-Caribbean or south Asian origin, who will need to spend longer in the sun to produce the same 量 of ビタミン D as someone with はしけ 肌.'

Calcifediol is hormone produced in the 肝臓 in reaction to ビタミン D 存在 吸収するd by the 団体/死体. 直接/まっすぐに giving people calcifediol skips the 過程 where the 団体/死体 変えるs the ビタミン into the hormone.????

Scientists behind the paper, published in the 定期刊行物 of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, are now calling for calcifediol to be 定める/命ずるd to all Covid-19 患者s with 肺 損失.

Professor Jose Manuel Quesada G?mez, one of the authors of the 熟考する/考慮する, told ThePrint: 'ビタミン D3 is 変えるd by the 肝臓 into calcifediol. However, by 直接/まっすぐに 治めるing calcifediol instead of ビタミン D3, levels of the hormone in the 血 are 速く 回復するd.

'It also has a more reliable 腸の absorption. This means the calcifediol is more likely to be 吸収するd by the 団体/死体 than ビタミン D3.'?

However, critics said the results were not 最終的な, にもかかわらず 存在 '利益/興味ing'.

Dr Satyajit Rath, from the Indian 学校/設ける of Science Education and 研究 (IISER) in Pune, said: 'It is an 極端に small group of 患者s. It does not identify the degree of severity of Covid-19 in the 患者s at admission, and does not 供給する any 詳細(に述べる)s of their 臨床の 進歩 other than ICU admission and death.

He also 選ぶd 穴を開けるs in the methodology, pointing out that the 熟考する/考慮する did not 明示する the co-morbidities that the 裁判,公判 患者s were 苦しむing from.

The 研究員s instead chose to lump all comorbidities together, giving them an equal 危険 factor for Covid.

This, we know, is not the 事例/患者 with the ウイルス. For instance, an obese 患者 is more likely to succumb to the 感染 than someone with a psychiatric disorder.

The 熟考する/考慮する also does not identify what comorbidities, if any, the 患者s 認める to the ICU had, Rath said.

'In such a small group, the small differences between the two groups could be enough to skew the results,' he 追加するd.

Professor SP Kalantri, director of 薬/医学 at the?Mahatma Gandhi 学校/設ける of 医療の Sciences in Maharashtra, India, pointed out other 欠陥s in the 熟考する/考慮する findings.?

He 公式文書,認めるd that 研究員s did not 手段 ビタミン D levels before or after 治めるing the 麻薬.?

The professor also (人命などを)奪う,主張するd that ICU admission was not a good 科学の 手段 of 病気 severity, because the threshold for admission 変化させるs wildly between countries, hospitals and doctors.

'What 事柄s is progression of 病気, 手段d in most 臨床の 裁判,公判s by an ordinal 規模 that asks if the 患者s 要求するd oxygen, high flow nasal oxygen, mechanical ventilation or died,' he said.?

The 研究員s behind the Spanish 熟考する/考慮する said they were putting together larger 臨床の 裁判,公判s to 実験(する) calcifediol in more stringent 熟考する/考慮するs.

ビタミン D is thought to stop Covid-19's 汚い symptoms by stopping the build-up of?a 化学製品 called bradykinin, which helps 規制する 血 圧力.

This leads to a 壊滅的な accumulation of the 化学製品, 原因(となる)ing a 'bradykinin 嵐/襲撃する' which makes 血 大型船s leaky and 運動s up the 危険 of inflammation, 血 clots, 一打/打撃s and brain 損失 - deadly symptoms 観察するd in the sickest of 患者s.?

As bradykinin 蓄積するs in the 団体/死体, it makes the 保護の 塀で囲むs around 血 大型船s いっそう少なく waterproof and more likely to 漏れる.?

This 原因(となる)s 免疫の 独房s to 漏れる into 決定的な 組織/臓器s?like the 肺s, 原因(となる)ing deadly inflammation ? a useful 回復 過程 when 井戸/弁護士席 controlled ? that makes it hard to breathe.??
