Nursery 長，率いる 'dangled boy of two over a wheelie 貯蔵所'

A nursery school headmistress dangled a boy of two over an empty wheelie 貯蔵所 as a 罰 for 存在 naughty, a 法廷，裁判所 heard yesterday.

Gaynor Campbell-Brown, 54, 定期的に theatened to put children into the 産業の-size 貯蔵所 outside the school she owned, a 陪審／陪審員団 was told.

A former member of staff, Gemma Cook, 22, told Winchester 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所: 'I don't know what the little boy did but she said, "権利, that's it, I'm taking you to the 貯蔵所".

'He 信用d me and he 信用d his father and became very, very clingy. He was 積極的な, 失望させるd, upset - all things that did not really make sense to me, as his mother, because he is not really a child like that.

'The longer he stayed at the school the more 積極的な and frustra ted he became.'

Campbell-Brown, of West Drayton, West London, who 否定するs the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s, was in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of about 30 babies and young children at the time of the two 出来事/事件s.

検察官，検事 Richard Onslow said she overstepped the 示す with her bizarre form of discipline, which in some instances could have been seen as a joke.'

'If the adult was angry, and is serious and is 脅すing the wheelie 貯蔵所 as the ultimate 刑罰，罰則 for poor behaviour, the child becomes 苦しめるd,' he said.

'That is unnecessary. It is 井戸／弁護士席 beyond what we would 推定する／予想する and it is the sort of thing that 原因（となる）s unnecessary 苦しむing in a child.'

Mr Onslow said the little girl, who was between six months and two years old when she went to the school, had been 脅すd with the wheelie 貯蔵所 on several occasions. 'いつかs

this was in a joking manner,' he said.

'On other occasions the 被告 appeared to be angry and the girl would become very upset.

'You may think it is not why parents send their children to a school like this, not to be hung over wheelie 貯蔵所s, not to be 脅すd with the ultimate 刑罰，罰則.'

When Campbell-Brown was 逮捕（する）d and interviewed by police, she 認める 持つ／拘留するing the boy by the 貯蔵所 but said she had not been 脅すing to put him in it but trying to 安心させる him it was not a 罰.

She said it was one of the ideas the boy had brought up with other children as a form of 罰.

In her police interview, she 追加するd that she told the boy it was '汚い, dark and horrible' inside and that no one would be put in the 貯蔵所.

She 否定するd 脅すing to put the girl into the 貯蔵所, 追加するing: 'I have said that rubbish goes in the 貯蔵所.'

Another member of staff Sarah Thomas, an 見習い工 nursery nurse, told the 法廷，裁判所 she 設立する Campbell-Brown '脅迫してさせるing' and that she, too, had seen her 持つ／拘留するing the boy over the 貯蔵所 for two to three minutes.
