The Oxford-educated career civil servant and former 知能 長，指導者 is said to have been infuriated by Boris Johnson's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to stand by Essex girl Priti Patel, the home 長官, and called on other Tory MPs to 'form a square around the Pritster'.

It follows 主張s that Mr Johnson unsuccessfully 圧力d Sir Alex to water 負かす／撃墜する his 報告（する）／憶測 on the Home 長官's behaviour.???

A Whitehall source told the BBC that Sir Alex resisted 試みる／企てるs to make the findings more 'palatable'. 負かす／撃墜するing Street did not 否定する the （人命などを）奪う，主張するs.?

'I don't think she recognises even now that she has いじめ（る）d and more important the PM has ignored and 始める，決める aside a 報告（する）／憶測 that said she was a いじめ（る）.

'We have to put ourselves in the position of the いじめ（る）d, no one has spoken up for them, some of them are junior staff who will be sitting there today thinking their 発言する／表明する is not 存在 heard and that they can't rely on the PM to stand up for them.

'The facts are very （疑いを）晴らす, we have a 報告（する）／憶測 and Alex Allan, the 独立した・無所属 助言者, has said she is a いじめ（る） and has broken the 大臣の code and in all other circumstances in the past the PM would then have taken 活動／戦闘 but instead he's put that aside.

'That's what's so 関心ing about this: the system depends on the PM standing up for 基準s in public life and taking 活動／戦闘 when his or her 大臣s 違反 those 基準s. For the first time as far as I can remember we have a PM who doesn't seem willing to stand up for high 基準s in public life.

'I'm sure there was a conversation between the PM and Allan but the important thing for all of us to understand is that Allan did not change his 報告（する）／憶測, he felt 絶対 確信して with his findings and those findings were that the code had been broken.'

But in 漏れるs from his 報告（する）／憶測, Sir Alex laid 重要な 批評 at the door of civil servants who worked with Ms Patel, the MP for Witham in Essex.

'The Home Office was not as 柔軟な as it could have been in 答える／応じるing to the Home 長官's requests and direction' he wrote.
