What is a 'reasonable excuse' for leaving home?

You must not leave or be outside of your home except where you have a 'reasonable excuse'. This will be put in 法律. The police can take 活動/戦闘 against you if you leave home without a 'reasonable excuse', and 問題/発行する you with a 罰金 (直す/買収する,八百長をするd 刑罰,罰則 Notice).
