The woman, identified in Canadian 法廷,裁判所 文書s only by the 初期のs KB, says she was having an extramarital 関係 with the man, MSB, but 申し込む/申し出d to serve as a surrogate for him and his wife to help 'support the marriage'.

The 申し立てられた/疑わしい 事件/事情/状勢 between KB and MSB began in 2014, with KB (人命などを)奪う,主張するing she fell 妊娠している twice but 中止するd the fetuses.

KB said she later 申し込む/申し出d to serve as a surrogate for the man and his wife of five years.

They travelled to India in 2016 for an 試みる/企てる at 人工的な insemination using a frozen embryo from the wife but this failed, she 主張するs.

KB (人命などを)奪う,主張するs she played a 'maternal 役割' in the child's life, visiting her five or six times a week to breastfeed the 幼児 and change her diapers.

However, the 関係 between the trio later broke 負かす/撃墜する, with the married couple 告発する/非難するing KB of 主張するing on a $100,000 支払い(額) and a formal visiting schedule.
