A surrogate who bore a child for a married couple has begun an 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の 合法的な 戦う／戦い for 共同の 保護／拘留 of the baby because she had an 事件／事情／状勢 with the father.

The woman, identified in Canadian 法廷，裁判所 文書s only by the 初期のs KB, says she was having an extramarital 関係 with the man, MSB, but 申し込む／申し出d to serve as a surrogate for him and his wife to help 'support the marriage'.

After an 試みる／企てる at 人工的な insemination failed, she （人命などを）奪う，主張するs he said they should try and conceive 自然に and 公約するd that if it was successful he would end his marriage and raise the baby with her.

However, four years on the marriage is still 損なわれていない and the surrogate is 嘆願（書）ing for visitation 権利s in a 事例／患者 that has reached British Columbia's 最高の，を越す 法廷，裁判所, 報告（する）／憶測d the Daily Beast.

The 申し立てられた／疑わしい 事件／事情／状勢 between KB and MSB began in 2014, with KB （人命などを）奪う，主張するing she fell 妊娠している twice but 中止するd the fetuses.

KB said she later 申し込む／申し出d to serve as a surrogate for the man and his wife of five years.

They travelled to India in 2016 for an 試みる／企てる at 人工的な insemination using a frozen embryo from the wife but this failed, she 主張するs.

After this KB （人命などを）奪う，主張するs the couple asked her to serve as a surrogate using her own eggs, and that MSB 示唆するd that rather doing this artificially they should have sex.

Explaining the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 協定 reached between MSB and his mistress, the 法廷，裁判所 文書 追加するs: '[KB] says that he also 約束d her that if she went along with that 計画（する）, he would leave [his wife] and they would raise the child together as husband and wife.'

KB （人命などを）奪う，主張するs she played a 'maternal 役割' in the child's life, visiting her five or six times a week to breastfeed the 幼児 and change her diapers.

However, the 関係 between the trio later broke 負かす／撃墜する, with the married couple 告発する／非難するing KB of 主張するing on a $100,000 支払い（額） and a formal visiting schedule.

By February 2020, the couple were 否定するing her any visiting 権利s, 誘発するing her to とじ込み／提出する a 訴訟 six months later 宣言するing she was the child's parent and 需要・要求するing join guardianship.
