A baby boy who was stabbed to death in a horrific knife attack in Belfast has been pictured for the first time - as police 逮捕（する）d a woman on 疑惑 of 殺人.

Liam O'Keefe, who was just eight weeks old, was 設立する dead at a house in the Ardoyne area of the Northern Irish 資本／首都 on Tuesday night.
