An Australian man 刑務所，拘置所d in Bali on 麻薬s 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s will be 解放する／自由なd as part of Indonesia's Independence Day 容赦s.

Several other Australians 刑務所，拘置所d in Bali were also awarded remissions on Tuesday, however members of the Bali Nine - who had 適用するd to have their life 宣告，判決s 削減（する） - were not の中で the 受取人s.

宣告，判決 remissions are 伝統的に 認めるd to 囚人s on Independence Day as a reward for good behaviour.

Perth man Shane Christian Davey - who was 逮捕（する）d in September and 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 所有するing ecstasy and マリファナ, and 刑務所，拘置所d for one year - was awarded a one-month remission, making him 適格の for 即座の 解放（する）.

Davey was 予定 to be 解放する／自由なd from Tabanan 刑務所，拘置所 late on Tuesday and will be 国外追放するd to Australia.

Three other Australians were also awarded remissions.

日光 Coast man Brendon Luke Johnsson, 刑務所，拘置所d for five years and four months on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s 関係のある to 11.6 grams of コカイン, got a four-month 宣告，判決 削減（する）.

Sydney man Michael Sacatides, who is serving an 18-year 宣告，判決 関係のある to 1.7 kg of methamphetamine, was awarded a five-month remission.

And Robert Andrew Fiddes Ellis, 刑務所，拘置所d for 15 years on child sex offences, was given a six-month remission.

Bali Nine members Matthew Norman, Si Yi Chen and Scott 急ぐ, 適用するd to have their life 宣告，判決s 減ずるd, but have heard nothing from Jakarta.

Mack was 刑務所，拘置所d for 10 years for the grisly 殺人 of her mother, Sheila 出身の Wiese-Mack, in 2014. Mack and her then-boyfriend Tommy Schaefer, were 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of bashing Mack's mother to death in a five-星／主役にする hotel room and then stuffing her 団体／死体 in a スーツケース, which they abandoned in a taxi, before 逃げるing.

Given Tuesday's remission, Mack is 推定する／予想するd to walk from 刑務所，拘置所 in November.

Mack, who was 妊娠している at the time of the 罪，犯罪, had a baby girl in 2015. The little girl, Stella, was 許すd to stay with Mack inside Kerobokan 刑務所，拘置所 until she was two but, under 刑務所，拘置所 支配するs, then had to leave.

Since then she has been cared for by an Australian-Balinese woman Oshar Putu Melody Suartama.

When Mack is 解放（する）d she will be 国外追放するd to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs but she does not want Stella to …を伴って her 支援する to the US, and she has 雇うd a lawyer to arrange for her to stay in Bali.

It is understood that Mack is worried about the possibili ty of 存在 逮捕（する）d when she arrives in the US and 直面するing その上の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s and 刑務所，拘置所 time there in relation to her mother's death.

"Heather is worried that she might 直面する many problems when she arrives in the US. Heather is worried that she may 井戸／弁護士席 be 召喚するd by the police 関係のある to her 事例／患者 in Indonesia. The 連邦検察局 has 答える／応じるd to her 事例／患者 本気で. Heather is worried that the 連邦検察局 may 井戸／弁護士席 召喚する her and the worst 事例／患者, re-逮捕（する） her there," lawyer Benyamin Seran, told AAP.

"Heather doesn't really know what will happen in the US after her arrival. She 心配するs many bad things may happen. Whatever happens, she wants to 直面する it by herself. She doesn't want her daughter there."
