A 殺し屋 went on a pub はう after 殺人ing his uncle and 'raised a glass to a successful 計画（する）', a 法廷，裁判所 has heard.

Steven Arnold, 51, 繰り返して stabbed Michael Fletcher, 66, and stole his money to 基金 his night of drinking, the Old Bailey was told today.

Mr Fletcher was 設立する dead at his home in Waldeck Road, Luton, on 30 September last year after 苦しむing?47 傷害s to his torso, abdomen, 長，率いる and throat.

His bank card was then used to buy drinks at a number of 地元の pubs, 賠審員s heard.

ツバメ Mulgrew, 起訴するing, said: 'Mr Arnold, given up by his co-被告, was 逮捕（する）d and Barry Gavin, the second defend ant, carried on using the stolen bank card.

'The 起訴 says that the 推論する／理由 Mr Arnold went to Mr Fletcher's home that day was because Mr Arnold and Mr Gavin had settled on a 計画（する） to, in Mr Gavin's words, "do over"?Mr Fletcher and 略奪する him of money.'

すぐに after the attack, Arnold met Gavin, also 51, and the pair went to the Luton 星／主役にする Supermarket and withdrew £240 from Mr Fletcher's bank account.

Arnold and Gavin then went to The 塀で囲む pub where they were 恐らく seen 'raising their glasses to what was a successful 計画（する）,' said Mr Mulgrew.

The pair visited a couple more pubs in the area, before ending up at The 井戸／弁護士席.

Mr Mulgrew said: 'Working in The 井戸／弁護士席 public house that day was a man called Phil Hulk.

'Whilst at The 井戸／弁護士席 public house a charity collection was 存在 made for MacMillan.

'Mr Hulk 解任するs both 被告s making a 寄付; Mr Arnold gave £20 and Mr Gavin gave £40.

'When asked how he could afford it Mr Hulk 解任するs Mr Gavin telling him that he was, in Mr Gavin's words, "a bit 紅潮／摘発する that day".

'The 起訴's 事例／患者 is that the 推論する／理由 for Mr Gavin 存在 極端に generous with his money that morning was that it was not his money, it was Mr Fletcher's money, 孤立した using Mr Fletcher's stolen cash card.'

Police discovered the 団体／死体 after Gavin went to the police.

Gavin told police he had only just 設立する out about it, having been told by Mr Arnold when he returned home.

Arnold, of Butterworth Path, Luton, was 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 殺人 and 否定するd any knowledge of the 出来事/事件.

But he later changed his story and 認める 殺人，大当り his uncle, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing he did it in self-defence after the 犠牲者 attacked him with a knife.

Arnold told police that 'the red もや descended and he lost his temper with Mr Fletcher,' said Mr Mulgrew.

'He took the knife off Mr Fletcher and started to 繰り返して を刺す him.

'He 結論するd his account to police by 説 that when he started stabbing his uncle he couldn't stop.

'He could not 供給する any justification or 推論する／理由 for stabbing Michael Fletcher, 説 "things got out of 手渡す".

Mr Fletcher's bank 記録，記録的な／記録するs show a 一連の small 処理／取引s, 範囲ing from £4.85 to £40 between 30 September and 6 October, mostly from restaurants and newsagents.
