Bront? Country, Haworth, West Yorkshire

A literary 追跡する through Bront? country is enough to make even the most 熱心な explorer reach for an oversized coat and a pair of earmuffs.

The wild and 風の強い moors surrounding the West Yorkshire village of Haworth can be utterly 荒涼とした, which, depending on how much like Wuthering 高さs you want your visit to be, may or may not 阻止する you.

First stop... Haworth itself is one of the prettiest literary villages to be 設立する anywhere. The main street, a 狭くする cobbled 事件／事情／状勢, climbs steeply to the church where the Bront?s' father preached and the Bront?s are buried. Along the way there is a cluster of tea rooms and 調書をとる／予約する and （手先の）技術 shops, housed in historic buildings with tiny squares of windows and grey bricks.

To your left at the 最高の，を越す of the hill is the parsonage where most of the Bront? family are buried and where much of the novels were written.

Silence descends as you and the other camera-覆う？ tourists shuffle around the church looking at the 列／漕ぐ／騒動 of 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大なs that 示すs one of England's most literary families.

Make time for... There are a handful of different walks you could follow, all which 調査する the Pennine uplands of West Yorkshire. A good place to start and an ideal way to blow any travel aches away is to follow Bront? way.

This 示すd footpath carves through the moors from Birstall in Kirklees to Padiham in Lancashire, taking in many of the sights that may have 奮起させるd Charlotte, Emily or Anne.

You don't have to wander very far to feel the same desolation that permeates some of the Bront ? novels. Oakwell Hall in Kirklees is the first blip on the landscape and was the model for 'Fieldhead' in Charlotte's novel Shirley.

A short walk from Howarth are Bront? 落ちるs, Bront? 橋（渡しをする） and the 石／投石する 議長，司会を務める where many a 陰謀（を企てる） was developed by the sisters.

A beautiful picnic 位置／汚点／見つけ出す if the 天候 持つ／拘留するs, its also a short 調印する-地位，任命するd walk away from Ponden Hall which 奮起させるd Thrushcross Hall in Wuthering 高さs.

Alternatively you could follow the Pennine Way 国家の 追跡する which crags up and 一連の会議、交渉／完成する to 最高の，を越す Withens, the ramshackle 廃虚 above Howarth which was rumoured to be the inspiration for 拷問d Heathcliffe's farmstead in Wuthering 高さs.
