The husband of BBC 放送者 Rachael Bland, who died from breast 癌 in 2018, has 明らかにする／漏らすd their six-year-old son has asked his new partner if she is 'his mummy now.'?

Steve, 40, from Cheshire, lost his wife Rachael to breast 癌 in September 2018 which she 文書d on her BBC podcast You, Me and the Big C over a two year period.??
