It 追加するs members should '始める,決める aside a 部分 of... 治療力のあるs or ワクチンs in a timely manner for use in countries 直面するing challenges'.

The 言い回し has raised 関心s that ワクチンs could be taken from where they are most needed and sent to areas not at 危険, with other countries able to receive UK-製造(する)d jabs before the British public.

Dr David Bell, former 世界保健機構 医療の officer, told The Daily Telegraph: 'The problem is that it 耐えるs no 関係 to need. It seems 記念品.

'As an example, Covid-19 was barely a problem in sub-Saharan Africa other than South Africa, as there is いっそう少なく than 1 per cent of the 全住民 over 75, half are below 20 and metabolic 病気 率s are low.

'I am 不明瞭な why this is in a 条約, as it is a general 原則 that is already followed and best 演説(する)/住所d on a 事例/患者-by-事例/患者 basis.' Britain was の中で the first countries to develop and roll out a Covid ワクチン but (機の)カム under 解雇する/砲火/射撃 for 持つ/拘留するing on to its 供給(する)s until it had a large 黒字/過剰.
