Health 公式の／役人s have 追加するd two new foods to the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of items that have 実験（する）d 肯定的な for bird flu.
Cottage cheese and sour cream, 同様に as one in five grocery 蓄える／店 milks, have all 実験（する）d 肯定的な for 粒子s of H5N1 in 最近の days.
But ground beef, 幼児 決まり文句／製法 and 砕くd milk have all 実験（する）d 消極的な ― in a 希望に満ちた 調印する for mothers and meat lovers.
The FDA?said, however, that the ウイルス （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd in the 製品s was 'inactive', or dead, meaning it did not 提起する／ポーズをとる a 危険 of 感染させるing humans.
It comes as veterinarians 警告する more people on farms have likely been 感染させるd with the ウイルス after 審理，公聴会 報告（する）／憶測s of sick 労働者s on cattle ranches 記録，記録的な／記録するing 突発／発生s.

Dr Barb Petersen, who 作品 in the Texas panhandle at the 中心 of the 突発／発生, said that on almost every farm with sick animals she had visited there had also been sick people.
'It was just a surprise,' she told Fortune, 'I was just a little bit [in] 不信.
'We were 活発に checking on humans. I had people who never 行方不明になるd work, 行方不明になる work.'
Her words echo those of other veterinarians, 含むing one in Wisconsin ― who said they'd also heard 報告（する）／憶測s of sick people on 感染させるd farms.

The FDA did not 明らかにする／漏らす the brands of foods it had 実験（する）d and 設立する to 含む／封じ込める the bird flu ウイルス.
But it did say the 声明 was based on 297 酪農場 or cow 製品s bought from grocery 蓄える／店s in nine 明言する／公表するs that were 記録，記録的な／記録するing 突発／発生s in cattle.
In a separate 解放（する）, the USDA also 明らかにする／漏らすd the results of its 実験（する）ing of 30 見本s of ground beef ― with 非，不，無 設立する to 含む／封じ込める the ウイルス.
It follows on from separate 実験（する）ing done last week on 96 milk 見本s from grocery 蓄える／店s, which 設立する one in five 含む／封じ込めるd the ウイルス.
公式の／役人s also did egg inoculation 実験（する）s to 設立する whether the ウイルス 設立する in the foods was still active and able to 感染させる humans.
This is where a small 量 of H5N1 粒子s from the 製品s is 注入するd into a fertilized chicken egg which is then 監視するd for changes that would 示唆する an 感染, such as 独房 death.
But in the 実験s no changes in the eggs were （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd, which 公式の／役人s said showed the 製品s ― although they 含む／封じ込めるd fragments of H5N1 ― were still 安全な to eat.
The FDA says that pasteurization ― where milk is 速く heated and 冷静な／正味のd to kill ウイルスs ― killed off ウイルスs and （判決などを）下すd 製品s 安全な to 消費する.
Other foods such as butter, ice cream and cakes were not 実験（する）d for 粒子s of the bird flu ウイルス.?
Dr Donald Prater, the FDA's 事実上の／代理 director of the 中心 for Food Safety and 適用するd 栄養, said that in all 事例／患者s, the ウイルス had been killed by pasteurization and so 提起する／ポーズをとるd no health 危険.?
But some scientists have raised 関心s over drinking milk that could 含む／封じ込める bird flu fragments, 説 they still want to see more data.
Dr Rick 有望な, a virologist and former director at the Department of Health and Human Services who 以前 raised 関心s over the ウイルス 存在 in milk, said the 初期の data was '安心させるing'.
'Each new piece of data continues to be 安心させるing for pasteurized milk 製品s.
'[But] data are 予選 with many 批判的な 実験s 優れた. And it's all a snapshot in time. As 突発／発生 spreads to more farms, more ウイルス can get into the system.'
A total of 36 farms across nine 明言する／公表するs have 報告（する）／憶測d bird flu の中で their cattle so far, with some 専門家s raising 関心s the 突発／発生 may be more 普及した.
Cattle were 報告（する）／憶測d to have been lethargic and to have produced milk that was a わずかに off color. The ウイルス has been （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd in their milk 同様に as in their 肺s in previous 事例／患者s.
専門家s say 労働者s could be 感染させるd by H5N1 at the farms if they are in の近くに 接触する with cattle that are shedding the ウイルス.
