1. Each 昇進／宣伝 is 支配する to the 明確な／細部 directions and, if applicable, any 条件 and 条件s published for the 関連した 昇進／宣伝 in the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday or on this website. 2. 従業員s and スパイ／執行官s of Associated Newspapers 限られた／立憲的な ("ANL") or any c ompany connected with the 生産／産物 or 配当 of a 昇進／宣伝 or any of their associated companies are not 適格の to 参加する the applicable 昇進／宣伝, nor are their 親族s or members of their families or 世帯s. Unless expressly 明言する／公表するd for a particular 昇進／宣伝, 昇進／宣伝s are 制限するd to 居住（者）s of the 部隊d Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the 小島 of Man 老年の 18 years or over. Proof of 適格（性） must be 供給するd on request. No 責任／義務 is 受託するd for 入ること／参加（者）s 損失d, lost or mislaid and proof of 地位，任命するing will not be 受託するd as proof of 配達／演説／出産. No 使用／適用s will be 受託するd by スパイ／執行官s, in 本体，大部分／ばら積みの or from third parties.
4. The 決意 and 決定／判定勝ち（する） of the editors of the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday (the "Editors") on all 事柄s shall be final and no 宣伝の correspondence will be entered into. The Editors reserve the 権利 in their reasonable discretion:

(c) to 追加する to or to waive any 支配するs on reasonable notice; and/or
(d) to 取り消す the 昇進／宣伝 or any part of it at any 行う／開催する／段階 in the event of circumstances beyond ANL's reasonable 支配（する）／統制する.
5. Gifts, prizes and other 宣伝の items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are 支配する to availability. The Editors reserve the 権利 in their reasonable discretion to 代用品，人 any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
6. ANL and the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday 受託する no 義務／負債 for any 昇進／宣伝 by a third party and such third party is 責任がある the fulfilment of its 昇進／宣伝.
7. In the event of there 存在 more （人命などを）奪う，主張するs than prizes 利用できる in any 部類 and 支配する to the 準備／条項s of 支配するs 4 and 9, the 指名するs of the valid claimants will go into a draw for those prizes.

9. A 昇進／宣伝, or 明確な／細部 game cards/宣伝の 装置s, may be 宣言するd as 無効の by the Editors if game cards/宣伝の 装置s 含む／封じ込める a printing error, or 伴う／関わる a 生産／産物 or 配当 error, of any 肉親，親類d. Game cards or other 宣伝の 装置s 設立する to be mutilated, illegible, altered, 再建するd, (1)偽造する／(2)徐々に進むd or tampered with in any way will also be 宣言するd 無効の by the Editors. Photocopies will not be 受託するd. The 昇進／宣伝 may also be 宣言するd 無効の should a printing or 生産／産物 error, in 関係 with the 昇進／宣伝 appear in the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday or on this website.
10. Publicity may be given to 昇進／宣伝 勝利者s and 勝利者s' 指名するs and images may be published in the Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday and on this website and other website(s) relating to the 昇進／宣伝. 勝利者s must co-operate fully for publicity 目的s if so 要求するd.
