The heartbreaking moment the 団体／死体 of a 行方不明の newborn girl was 設立する inside a Lidl supermarket 捕らえる、獲得する has been shown at the 裁判，公判 of aristocrat Constance Marten.
The remains of baby Victoria, the daughter of Marten and her partner 示す Gordon, were 設立する in a disused shed on an allotment 近づく where the couple had been 拘留するd.

PC Allen Ralph, who had been sent from Scotland Yard to help in the search, told 賠審員s he had already seen earlier CCTV （映画の）フィート数 of the 独特の Lidl 捕らえる、獲得する before he was （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd with a 同僚 to search the allotments.

'I thought I had 権利s. I 明白に don't have any 権利s here. I have the 権利 to see a doctor.'
'That's not going to get my co-操作／手術, talking to me like I'm nothing.'
He 追加するd that his 手渡すs and feet were swollen and painful, and continued: 'All I say is I want some pills but you seem to think I'm in a 状況／情勢 like I'm playing games with you. I'm in 苦しめる.
'I'm in here with you, trying to co-operate.'
The officer again repeated that he 手配中の，お尋ね者 to ask about the baby and Gordon said: 'I understand that but I'm a person. I feel.'
DC Shales asked him 直接／まっすぐに: 'What's the baby's 指名する?'.
Gordon turned to his solicitor, who was in the interview with him, and asked her to answer for him, but she said she was there to advise rather than answer questions for him.
He 結局 told police: 'Didn't she already say? I thought my solicitor said. It puts me on the 記録，記録的な／記録する'
The solicitor said: 'It's my （弁護士の）依頼人's 意向 to answer 'no comment' throughout the course of this interview.'
At which point the interview ended.
M arten, who was 存在 held in Brighton 保護／拘留 控訴, was approached by officers in her 独房 at 1.50am on February 28,?2023.
They asked her whether she was 用意が出来ている to speak to them without a solicitor.
She replied: 'I 港／避難所't eaten or slept for a long time. I need to get some sleep before I can make a proper 決定／判定勝ち（する）.'
Officers returned at 3.48am with a solicitor, and asked her about where she had been staying, where she was going when they 逮捕（する）d her, and whether her child was till alive.
They also said: 'We are going to give you a final 適切な時期 for the sake of your child, please tell us more.'
However she answered 'no comment' to all questions.
She was interviewed again later that day, at 10.08pm, and was asked 繰り返して about her child.
At one point the officer asked: 'If you are not willing to tell us where the child is, please, if we show you a 地図／計画する, draw a circle and say it's in that 場所.'
Again Marten answered 'no comment' to all questions.
