New teenage drivers could be banned from carrying 乗客s in their first six months on the road, after a 洪水／多発 of horror 衝突，墜落s have （人命などを）奪う，主張するd young lives.?

The AA's 卒業生（する）d 運動ing licence 計画／陰謀 would?give younger drivers the chance to build up experience on 田舎の roads, at nighttime, and in all 天候 条件s, before they take their 実験（する）.

It would also 禁止（する） new drivers from carrying 乗客s of a 類似の age in their 乗り物 for the first six months on the road.
