A イスラム教徒 pupil today lost a High 法廷，裁判所 challenge against a 禁止（する） on 祈り rituals at a high-達成するing school in London which was once dubbed Britain's strictest.
The student, who cannot be 指名するd, took 合法的な 活動／戦闘 against Michaela Community School in Brent, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing the 政策 was 差別的な and 'uniquely' 影響する／感情d her 約束 予定 to its ritualised nature.

Who is 'Britain's strictest headteacher' Katharine Birbalsingh?
Katharine Birbalsingh, who has been 一般的に 述べるd as Britain's strictest headteacher, is no stranger to 論争.
Ms Birbalsingh, headteacher of Michaela Community School in Brent in North London, has been at the centre of a 合法的な challenge after she decided to 禁止（する） 祈り rituals at the 第２位 school.
The high-profile school leader has attracted a lot of マスコミ attention over the years for her outspoken 見解（をとる）s on education and 'woke' culture.
She first grabbed the headlines at the 2010 保守的な Party 会議／協議会 with a damning speech on the 明言する／公表する of England's schools where she said 基準s had been 'so dumbed 負かす／撃墜する that even the teachers know it' and the education system was broke n 'as it keeps poor children poor'.

In 2014, she 設立するd Michaela Community School - a 解放する／自由な school which has been dubbed the strictest in the country.

In an 83-page judgment 解任するing the student's 事例／患者, Mr 司法（官） Linden wrote: 'It seems to me that this is a 事例／患者 ... where the claimant at the very least impliedly 受託するd, when she 入会させるd at the school, that she would be 支配する to 制限s on her ability to manifest her 宗教.
'She knew that the school is 世俗的な and her own 証拠 is that her mother wished her to go there because it was known to be strict.
'She herself says that, long before the 祈り ritual 政策 was introduced, she and her friends believed that 祈り was not permitted at school and she therefore made up for 行方不明になるd 祈りs when she got home.'
Mr 司法（官） Linden continued in his 判決，裁定: 'The 必須の nature of the school 政権 is one which the claimant and her fellow pupils, or at least their parents, have chosen and, indeed, that they have chosen to remain at the school notwithstanding the 祈り ritual 政策 (PRP).
'Although the claimant says that she is aware of 憤慨 of the PRP amongst some イスラム教徒 pupils, there is no 証拠 that this has 影響する／感情d enrolment or led any of them to choose to leave.
'Nor, indeed, is there 証拠 of the 問題／発行する 存在 raised with the school since the PRP was introduced, other than in the 状況 of this （人命などを）奪う，主張する.
'On the contrary, the 証拠 is that since the PRP was introduced good relations within the school community have been 回復するd.'

'Schools should not be 軍隊d by one child and her mother to change its approach 簡単に because they have decided they don't like something at the school.'
She also said イスラム教徒 pupils last year had been put under 圧力 'to pray, to 減少（する） out of the choir, to wear a hijab' while teachers 直面するd 乱用 and 脅迫.
In the 声明, Mr Birbalsingh 追加するd: 'In 2014, 30 per cent of our intake was イスラム教徒. It is now 50 per cent. We are oversubscribed.

Rishi Sunak's 公式の／役人 広報担当者 told reporters: 'We welcome the 裁判／判断. The Michaela Community School is an outstand ing school with a history of excelling in its 結果s for all pupils, who are 定期的に from some of the most disadvantaged parts of London.
'The 政府 has always been （疑いを）晴らす that headteachers are best placed to take 決定／判定勝ち（する）s on what is permitted in their schools on these 事柄s, to balance the 権利s of all with the ethos of the small community, 含むing in relation to whether and how to 融通する 祈り. And this 裁判／判断 supports this.'

Pupils must end every interaction with teachers with 'Sir' or '行方不明になる'.
- '跡をつけるing' in lessons and 'constant 監督'
Under the 跡をつけるing system, pupils 'must 支払う／賃金 constant attention' to the teacher during lessons. There is no time in during classes where children may socialise with others.
Teachers are 特に placed on 回廊（地帯）s, staircases and at the d oor of the 洗面所 to 監督する children during breaks.

In a comment also 問題／発行するd by Simpson Millar, she said: 'The 事例／患者 was rooted in the understanding that 祈り isn't just a 望ましい 行為／法令／行動する for us - it's an 必須の element that 形態／調整s our lives as イスラム教徒s.
'In our 約束, 祈り 持つ／拘留するs 否定できない importance, guiding us through each challenge with strength and 約束.'

Dan Rosenberg, a lawyer at 法律 会社／堅い Simpson Millar who 代表するd the pupil, said the 裁判官 had 公式文書，認めるd the 事例／患者 raised '問題／発行するs of 本物の public 利益／興味 in circumstances where the school's approach has come into 衝突 with the 宗教的な 視野 of an important section of society'.

Another organisation said the 政府 should develop 国家の 指導／手引 on 宗教的な practices in schools to 演説（する）／住所 building '憤慨' in the system.
Andrew Copson, 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある of the Humanists UK charity, said: 'In the absence of 国家の 指導／手引 on 宗教的な practices in schools and of a serious 国家の discussion about 存在するing 法律s, 事例／患者s like this will continue to be brought. Schools shouldn't be left alone to を取り引きする this.
'Today's High 法廷，裁判所 judgment 要求するs serious thinking from the 政府 about how to 保護する the child's freedom of 宗教 or belief while also making sure our education system is fair and inclusive to all.

In January, lawyers for the pupil told the 裁判官 at a 審理，公聴会 that the '祈り 禁止（する）' unlawfully 違反d her 権利 to 宗教的な freedom, 追加するing that it made her feel 'like somebody 説 they don't feel like I 適切に belong here'.
The 法廷，裁判所 was told the pupil, referred to only as TTT, was making a 'modest' request to be 許すd to pray for around five minutes at lunch time, on dates when 約束 支配するs 要求するd it, but not during lessons.

The school's lawyers （人命などを）奪う，主張するd its 祈り 政策 was '正当化するd' and 'proportionate' after it 直面するd death and 爆弾 脅しs linked t o 宗教的な observance on 場所／位置.
They 追加するd that the 知事s and headteacher at the school of some 700 pupils, about half of whom are イスラム教徒, had 'a 利ざや of latitude, discretion or judgment' over its 政策s.
During a two-day 審理，公聴会, the school's 創立者 and headteacher Katharine Birbalsingh said on social マスコミ that it was defending its 'culture and ethos' along with 決定／判定勝ち（する）s to '持続する a successful and stable learning 環境 where children of all races and 宗教s can 栄える'.
