Genevieve had been dropped off by her parents John and Katie at 9am and was 設立する unresponsive later that day at around 3.12pm.

Mr Wright told the 陪審/陪審員団 that any level of 利益/興味 in the wellbeing of Genevieve during this period was '時折起こる and at best fle eting'.

'The 危険 to her of asphyxiation and death was, we say, both serious and obvious,' he said.

'Yet the 被告 ignored it and by the time she checked on Genevieve with anything ばく然と 代表するing any 本物の 利益/興味 in her 条件 it was too late.'

Nursery staff and paramedics 試みる/企てるd to resuscitate Genevieve and she was taken to hospital but couldn't be saved.
