A group of 女性（の） BBC news presenters taken off 空気／公表する last year after 行方不明の out on 最高の，を越す 現在のing 役割s have branded the 選択 過程 a 'sham' and 'rigged', an 雇用 法廷 heard today.

The four women, 老年の 48 to 55, 告発する／非難する the 会社／団体 of age and sex '差別' over the way the 放送者 扱うd the 新規採用 過程 for new 長，指導者 presenter 役割s.

One of them said that the BBC 'grinds you 負かす／撃墜する. It breaks you' when it comes to 支払う／賃金 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs.?The group are also making equal 支払う／賃金 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs against the 会社／団体.

ツバメ Croxall, 55, Karin Giannone, 50, Kasia Madera, 48, and Annita McVeigh, 55, are taking part in the bombshell 事例／患者 in London?against the 放送者.

Ms Croxall, appearing at the 予審, 明らかにする／漏らすd she was paid £139,000 and had been through three 支払う／賃金 論争s with the BBC.?

The 法廷，裁判所 heard how news presenter Matthew Amroliwala is 存在 used in the 事例／患者 as the male ‘comparator’ in the equal 支払う／賃金 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs.?

The 長，指導者 presenter 職業s were 初めは taken by two men, Mr Amroliwala and Christian Fraser, 同様に as three 女性（の） news hosts Maryam Moshiri, Yalda Hakim and Lucy Hockings.?

In their 証言，証人／目撃する 声明s, which appear to be 類似の, the women said: ‘I am one of five 女性（の） 長，指導者 presenters with BBC News, 老年の 48 to 55, at the time of the detriments, who have 苦しむd (direct/indirect) 差別 on the grounds of age and sex victimisation for union rep activities, victimisation for carrying out 保護するd 行為／法令／行動するs (bringing equal 支払う／賃金 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs), いやがらせ (違反 of dignity, 創造 of a 敵意を持った, degrading, 脅迫してさせるing 環境 in the workplace, 原因（となる）ing us to 苦しむ ill-health and reputational 損失).’

The women believed they have not been paid 平等に compared with their male 相当するものs since February 2020 and there was a gap of about £36,000 a year in pensionable salary as of February 2023.

The BBC says the 使用／適用 過程 was ‘rigorous and fair’, the BBC News website 報告（する）／憶測d. It also 否定するs the four were paid いっそう少なく than an 同等（の） male 同僚.

It is understood Ms Croxall, who has been at the BBC since 1991, has been discussing her 未来 at the BBC with bosses.

In Ms Croxall's 声明, which is 類似の to those of the three other women, she （人命などを）奪う，主張するd the women had 苦しむd '差別 on the grounds of age and sex'.

She （人命などを）奪う，主張するd they had 苦しむd 'いやがらせ' with a '敵意を持った, degrading, 脅迫してさせるing 環境 in the workplace' which 原因（となる）d 'ill health' and 'reputational 損失'.

Ms Croxall said: 'This was because of a sham 新規採用 演習 where our 職業s were の近くにd even though the redundancies were not 本物の as the work still 存在するs.'

She 追加するd: 'A whistleblower 声明 will show 新規採用 in Jan 2023 of BBC News 長，指導者 presenters was rigged. This led to the five of us losing our 職業s and 存在 kept off 空気／公表する for a year, when we challenged the 過程.'

She said that the five women, 含むing Ms Murthy, had '苦しむd the same or very 類似の detriments'.

In the 審理，公聴会 today the four BBC news presenters 供給するd 証拠 to 支援する their （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that they were not given equal 支払う／賃金. The 証拠 comes ahead of a 十分な 審理，公聴会 that is 始める，決める to follow.

In Ms Croxall’s （人命などを）奪う，主張する form from 2023, it is written: ‘Just ahead of the 告示, Channels 経営者／支配人 足緒 Brammar 個人として 保証するd four other 長，指導者 presenters (two men and two younger women) their 職業s were 安全な, but 認める she couldn’t say much “for 合法的な 推論する／理由s”.’

In the （人命などを）奪う，主張する, it was 追加するd: ‘We were 始める，決める up to fail in the 職業s 過程.’

The 事例／患者 comes after Mr Davie said he was looking to find a ‘fair 決意／決議’ to the 状況／情勢.

Today’s 事例／患者 has been 法案d as the most high-profile 雇用 法廷 活動／戦闘 since Samira Ahmed won her gender 支払う／賃金 活動／戦闘 against the BBC in 2020.

同様に as Ms Ahmed’s victory, former 中国 editor Carrie Gracie won 支援する 支払う／賃金 and an 陳謝 from the BBC in 2018 over unequal salary levels.
