This is one of the men （刑事）被告 of chopping 負かす／撃墜する the famous Sycamore Gap tree.

Dan Graham, 38, has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 犯罪の 損失 to the iconic tree and Hadrian's 塀で囲む in an 出来事/事件 last September.

Graham runs his own small construction 商売／仕事 out of a 場所／位置 近づく Carlisle in Cumbria.

He lives in a caravan by a field with horses and has a number of dogs on his land in the countryside 近づく the city.

A 隣人, who asked not to be 指名するd, said: 'He is the guy who has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d over the Sycamore Gap tree. We knew when he was 逮捕（する）d 支援する in October but now the police have put it out and it's 公式の／役人.'

The 38-year-old has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 犯罪の 損失 to the iconic tree and Hadrian's 塀で囲む in an 出来事/事件 last September

Graham is said to have moved on to the land 'about four or five years ago.' No その上の 詳細（に述べる）s of the 主張s against him are known.

He is 予定 to appear before South East Northumberland 治安判事s 法廷，裁判所 on 15 May.
