A 犠牲者 of a 致命的な machete attack by two 12-year-olds was killed by a 23cm-深い 負傷させる which almost went the whole way through his whole 団体／死体, a 病理学者 has told a 法廷，裁判所.
賠審員s were told that the 武器 went into the 支援する of Shawn Seesahai, 19, between his ribs, through his 権利 肺, into his heart, 削減（する） two of the heart's 議会s, and nearly （機の）カム out of his chest.
Two 12-year-old boys, who cannot be 指名するd because of their age, are on 裁判，公判 for 殺人 at Nottingham 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所, after 否定するing the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 and 非難するing each other for the death of Mr Seesahai in Wolverhampton, on the night of November 13 last year.
病理学者 Dr Charlotte Randall told 賠審員s on Friday that the surface of the 致命的な を刺す 負傷させる 手段d 5cm by 1.8cm and went 23cm into Mr Seesahai's 団体／死体.

She told the 法廷，裁判所: 'It started off through his 肌 and muscle at the 支援する, then passed between the eighth and ninth ribs at the 支援する to enter the chest cavity on the 権利 味方する.
'It passed through the lower 高く弓形に打ち返す of the 権利 肺. It 削減（する） the lower 辛勝する／優位 of the middle 高く弓形に打ち返す.
'It then entered the sac around the heart, then 削減（する） two of the 議会s of the heart - the 権利 ventricle and 権利 atrium - before 出口ing the sac around the heart again.
'It then 侵入するd through the base of the sternum bone. It finished within the muscle at the 前線 of the chest 塀で囲む.'
Dr Randall said that the degree of 軍隊 needed to 原因（となる） such an 傷害 would be at least 穏健な, but she could not '除外する a 厳しい degree of 軍隊'.
She said it is 'very difficult' to 予報する how quickly Mr Seesahai would have died after this 傷害, but she believed it 'would only be a 事柄 of seconds to minutes'.
Mr Seesahai also 苦しむd an incision 7.8cm long and 2.5cm 深い to the 支援する of his 長，率いる, which went through his scalp and into the skull, creating a 'flap' of bone, the 法廷，裁判所 heard.
Dr Randall 追加するd that it was possible the machete 'may have been 責任がある 原因（となる）ing all of the 傷害s' （打撃，刑罰などを）与えるd on Mr Seesahai.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard the 致命的な 負傷させる 'almost （機の）カム out of the other 味方する' of the 犠牲者's 団体／死体 and left a bruise on his chest.
Dr Randall also told the 法廷，裁判所 that the 犠牲者 苦しむd a 2cm-深い を刺す 負傷させる to the 前線 of his lower arm which '終結させるd' at the humerus bone, and an incised 負傷させる to his lower left thigh.

Mr Seesahai also 支えるd abrasions to his left thigh, 権利 shoulder and 支援する.
Asked if the 23cm-深い 負傷させる would have killed the 犠牲者 quickly, the 証言，証人／目撃する answered: 'It's very difficult to 予報する. Some people may 崩壊（する） すぐに.
'As a consequence of the を刺す 負傷させる there would be a 削減 in the 広まる 血 予定 to 血 loss, and a 減少（する） in 血 圧力, which leads to 崩壊（する）, unconsciousness and 最終的に death.'
After 存在 招待するd to comment on whether the machete and a small lock-knife 回復するd after the death could have 原因（となる）d the 傷害s, Dr Randall said the smaller 武器 may have 原因（となる）d some 傷害s but not the 致命的な 負傷させる.
She said of the machete: 'It may have been 責任がある 原因（となる）ing all of the 傷害s.
'The 負傷させる to the 長，率いる, in my opinion, is also likely 原因（となる）d by the machete.
'The 傷害 to the bone is typical of the chop-type 機械装置 which is やめる often seen with machete-type knives.'
