Broke Police Scotland blow millions on '多様制'

Scotland's cash-strapped police 軍隊 has spent millions on 多様制 staff にもかかわらず 存在 unable to 調査／捜査する all 罪，犯罪s 予定 to 予算 削減（する）s.
