A man has spoken of his shock after he saw a teenage boy 存在 attacked in Hainault, east London, before he later died in hospital.

James Fernando told ITV News that he watched from his window as the boy was approached by a knife-（権力などを）行使するing man.

Speaking at the 圧力（をかける） 会議／協議会, Mr Bell said he did not believe there remains any 現在進行中の 脅し to the public as he gave 詳細（に述べる）s about how the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う was 逮捕（する）d.

He said:

A 36-year-old is 現在／一般に in 保護／拘留. He was Tasered here at the scene and 逮捕（する）d 22 minutes after the first call was made to police の直前に 7am this morning.

We were very 脅すd and trying to hide and not show ourselves through the window, because he was standing 権利 next to our house and he could have seen us if he looked up.

We were trying to hide but also at the same time taking ビデオ of him attacking the police, and of the 団体／死体 on the 床に打ち倒す, so, yeah, we were very 脅すd and we didn’t know what to do.

• This is up 20% from 12,119 in the previous 12 months, but is わずかに below the 14,680 in the year to March 2020.

Daniel Garfinkle, who lives outside the 駅／配置する, said:

I woke up at 7am to lots of shouting. There was a guy outside covered in 血, 近づく the 駅／配置する and outside my home.

There was about seven or eight police cars entering that road and after another 10 minutes, I saw the guy running に向かって the 駅／配置する and entered the road opposite the 駅／配置する. He tried to get into one of the houses but couldn’t get into it and that’s when they Tasered him.
