A five-day 裁判，公判 in the 連邦の 法廷，裁判所 kicked off on Monday, in which Ms Faruqi 申し立てられた／疑わしい Ms Hanson had engaged in racial 差別 経由で her tweet.?
Under cross-examination, Ms Faruqi 繰り返し言うd she stands against all 人種差別主義, but Ms Hanson's high-力／強力にするd silk 告訴する Chrysanthou SC argued she is selective in her advocacy.
'I'll be putting to her that she's a hypocrite and that she's only against 確かな forms of 人種差別主義,' Ms Chrysanthou said.

She honed in on social マスコミ 地位，任命するs made by Ms Faruqi's son, Nine 新聞記者／雑誌記者 Osman Faruqi, which she told the 法廷，裁判所 were 不快な／攻撃 to white people.
One tweet read: 'Mediocre white peo ple should be in the 貯蔵所 but instead they own everything and are every-f***ing-where.'
Asked whether she thought the 地位，任命する 構成するd 人種差別主義, Ms Faruqi said: 'I don't.'

Ms Faruqi argued that 人種差別主義 'is about people's ethnicity and 肌 colour. It is about who 持つ／拘留するs 力／強力にする in this country or anywhere else in the world.'
She 追加するd: 'It is tied to who 持つ／拘留するs the 力／強力にする and has the 当局, to （罪などを）犯す 人種差別主義. In this country, the 力／強力にする is held by white people.'

'We are reminded of the 緊急 of 条約 with First Nations, 司法（官） and 賠償s for British 植民地s and becoming a 共和国.'
Hanson wrote, 'You took 市民権, bought 多重の homes, and a 職業 in a 議会. It's （疑いを）晴らす you're not happy, so pack your 捕らえる、獲得するs and p*** off 支援する to Pakistan'
Five hours later, 上院議員 Hanson 答える／応じるd and?said Ms Faruqi should 'pack [her] 捕らえる、獲得するs and p*** off 支援する to Pakistan'.?
She 追加するd: 'Your 態度 appalls and disgusts me. When you immigrated to Australia you took every advantage of this country.
'You took 市民権, bought 多重の homes, and a 職業 in a 議会. It's （疑いを）晴らす you're not happy.'
Ms Chrysanthou argued the 一斉射撃，（質問などの）連発／ダム of 批評 Ms Faruqi received was 井戸／弁護士席 under way by the time Ms Hanson 申し込む／申し出d her opinion.
She said Ms Faruqi was 直面するing （激しい）反発 between 11am and about 4pm, when her staff appeared to 限界 commenting on the 地位，任命する.

She said that in 捜し出すing to 'point out those three things, that the 行為／行う was appalling, disgusting and hypocritical, [Ms Hanson] 始める，決めるs out 推論する／理由s why she's formed that 見解（をとる）, which classically has explained the basis of the opinion, which is what a fair comment is.
'Fair comment means an opinion based on facts.
'One of those facts is that, undoubtedly, 上院議員 Faruqi is an 移民，移住（する） from Pakistan.'
But Ms Chrysanthou said the '傾向 of that fact does not mean that is why' she made the 地位，任命する. The 地位，任命する, she argues, was a direct reflection of Ms Faruqi's own comments about the Queen.
'単に referring to someone's background or colour or race is not 十分な to 証明する the 行為／法令／行動する was done because of that factor,' she said.?
Ms Chrysanthou argued that Ms Faruqi has received far more hurtful 人種上 動機づけるd 批評 than what Ms Hanson said, but has only chosen to 開始する，打ち上げる 合法的な 訴訟／進行s against the One Nation 上院議員 because she is a political 対抗者.
