Sam Thompson opened up about his ADHD and zest for life on Monday as he gave a young schoolboy some 甘い advice when 現在のing on 攻撃する，衝突するs 無線で通信する.
The former Made In Chelsea 星／主役にする, 31, is 現在／一般に taking part in the One Million Steps School Challenge for children's charity Cash for Kids to help 攻撃を受けやすい families during the long summer holidays.
During the show, the 星／主役にする arranged a Zoom call with Eleven-year-old Thomas Millington from Cheshire to discuss why he 手配中の，お尋ね者 his school to 参加する the challenge.

During the call, Thomas asked Sam 'How is it like having ADHD? Because I do have ADHD too' to which Sam 答える／応じるd with 'I think it's a 完全にする and utter 超大国'.
'I think that you are creative, you hyper-fixate on things you enjoy and you 絶対 love.
'I think a 大規模な thing Thomas, and this is probably the best advice I can give you, is find something that you 絶対 adore, and put all of that ADHD into it 原因（となる） you will 後継する in anything you do if you enjoy it.
'I 約束 you, ADHD, if you are doing something you love, it's a 超大国 and you will literally be the best in the room.
'And I'm very very happy that I have an ADHD brother, a neurodiverse brother like you, my man'.
Sam 地位，任命するd the 甘い ビデオ to his Instagram to open up about his ADHD and raise 認識／意識性 for young children in school.
He captioned the 地位，任命する with: 'I don’t talk about my ADHD too much on here, to be honest not nearly enough.
'I work in an 環境 where my ADHD is celebrated as part of Who I am, and I am incredibly lucky.

'However, I also know that this is not the 事例／患者 everywhere, 特に in schools.
'I remember 存在 younger and feeling different and not understanding why.
'When I was in school, I wished I had someone to tell me that I was ok, and someone to tell me that it wasn’t because I was stupid, I didn’t care, and that I was 故意に not 支払う／賃金ing attention.
'It was because I had undiagnosed ADHD. I really hope that I can be a small part of young people 受託するing themselves for who they are, neuro-diverse or not.'
Thomas had 初めは heard about the challenge on 攻撃する，衝突するs 無線で通信する and asked his school to take part, thinking that there were children in his school who could 利益 from it.
Thomas's headteacher Jenni Ogden, agreed to the challenge and proceeded to say how proud the school was of him.
She said 'As a school, we are so proud of Thomas in every way. His understanding of the challenges that some of our community are 直面するing shows an 認識／意識性 beyond his years.
'Each holiday, we run a holiday club here that uses some of the 基金s that Cash for Kids is fundraising for.
'Thomas （機の）カム up with the idea to 参加する the ‘One Million Steps Challenge’. To be able to 会合，会う with Sam 事実上 was amazing for him, and he thought of the questions to ask him himself.
'His celebrity status has ロケット／急騰するd today and has helped create such a buzz for raising even more money
'Thomas has 受託するd his ADHD diagnosis, understands how it 形態／調整s him and his thinking and like Sam says, he is using it to do so much good in the world ? we need more people like Thomas'.

Sam then proceeded to give the young boy some 甘い advice by telling him he will '後継する' in anything he does if he puts his all into something he adores and enjoys

He also opened up about his ADHD during an episode of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! last year and （人命などを）奪う，主張するd at the time that he is 'not ashamed' of his diagnosis.
While speaking with campmates Marvin Humes and Josie Gibson, the TV personality 認める he has 'terrible time keeping' and 'gets やめる selfish' with friends and Love Island girlfriend Zara McDermott.
Marvin asked Sam: 'How old were you when you were 診断するd with it?'
Sam replied: 'Last year, mate. There's 負担s of people who are 現実に like of a 確かな age who get 診断するd way later.
'When the low bits happen it goes low. But then the highs are really high. My girlfriend Zara is so 安定した and it's so good for me. When she's going 安定した I'm going like that.
He continued: 'My timekeeping is terrible. I get やめる selfish, not just with her, with everyone, my mates or whatever.
'My listening to Zara… I'm just finding myself 星／主役にするing off at something 完全に different. You sort of feel like you're a bit of a k*** いつかs.'

Sam went on to say he would like to become a dad one day but needs to 'get a 扱う' on his ADHD.
He said: 'I want to be a dad at some point. That's another thing, we've got to get a 扱う on it. You've got to look after a child.'
JLS singer Marvin, who 株 three children, Alaia-Mai, 10, and Valentina Raine, six, and three-year-old son Blake, with wife Rochelle Humes, said: 'You would be the most incredible dad.'

Marvin advised: '信用 me, all my kids care about is giving them attention, 存在 with them in the moment, loving them, cuddling them, they just want to have all of you and to be as fun as possible and feel loved.'

He said: 'I'm not ashamed of having ADHD in any way. But I know that I would have felt better about myself at school if I'd been 診断するd with it at a younger age. I really was just like, "I just suck at everything".
'Big Marv, he's a really thoughtful bloke and such a 広大な／多数の／重要な listener. He's just a really good guy.'
