German Sky '誤って導くing its 投資家s'

Sky Deutschland, the German 支払う／賃金-TV 会社／堅い owned by Rupert Murdoch's News 会社／団体, has landed in hot water after regulators （刑事）被告 the company of 誤って導くing 投資家s.

The German 財政上の 監視者, BaFin, 支配するd Sky Deutschland had overstated 加入者 numbers and 利益（をあげる）s in s everal 財政上の 報告（する）／憶測s.

It also said that the company - 49.9pc owned by NewsCorp - had not fully 知らせるd 投資家s of 危険s relating to its 権利s to broadcast matches from the Bundesliga, Germany's 最高の，を越す football league.

If Sky Deutschland cannot disprove the 主張s, the company could be 攻撃する，衝突する with 罰金s from the regulator and 補償（金） （人命などを）奪う，主張するs from 投資家s.

The news comes as NewsCorp tries to turn around the 病んでいる 商売／仕事, which is not 推定する／予想するd to make a 利益（をあげる） before 2012.
