When you checked your direct debits, you 設立する you had been 支払う／賃金ing AOL Broadband, even though you have not been a 顧客 since 2011.

Barclays stopped その上の 支払い（額）s from your account, but AOL then said it had no 記録，記録的な／記録する of 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s already paid.

You were passed from 中心存在 to 地位，任命する, 直面するing silly questions such as ‘what is your AOL phone number?’, when the whole point was that you had no such number.

Finally, you returned from holiday to find a message 説 that AOL had tried unsuccessfully to 接触する you so had の近くにd its 調査.

At first I fared no better. AOL said you had produced no 証拠 of 支払い（額）s, until I 引用するd from AOL’s own letter, thanking you for 供給するing it.

Then AOL said it could not trace that letter, so would I 供給する a copy, which I did.

At this point AOL realised just how 不正に things had gone wrong. A 広報担当者 told me: ‘We are sorry that we made a mistake and did not 取り消す a recurring card payme nt as agreed when Ms A’s AOL? dial-up account was disconnected in 2011.’

AOL has now returned your £474, topped up to £600 as an 陳謝.
