商売／仕事 率s rise will be the last straw for many 会社／堅いs fighting to 生き残る

Shops and small 会社／堅いs have 反応するd 怒って to another ぼんやり現れるing rise in the sky-high 商売／仕事 率s that are already 手足を不自由にする／（物事を）損なうing many companies.

The 政府 ーするつもりであるs to 圧力（をかける） ahead with its 増加する in 商売／仕事 率s next April linked to last month’s rise in the 小売 Prices 索引 of 5.6 per cent.

But small 商売／仕事s and groups that 代表する them say the 増加する will 証明する to be the last nail in the 棺 for many struggling 会社／堅いs, which are also 直面するing 意味ありげに 減ずるd lending from banks.

A 広報担当者 for the British 所有物／資産／財産 連合 said retailers and other 商売／仕事s could ‘ill afford’ continued 増加するs in 率s and called for a move away from linking them to the RPI.

The RPI model was 以前は used to calculate 増加するs in 明言する／公表する 利益s and 年金s, but the 政府 has switched to using the lower 消費者物価指数.

Liz Lawson, who operates four Lawsons kitchen and homewares shops in Devon, said her 商売／仕事 率s had 発射 up by more than eight per cent a year ‘without fail’ f or years. She said five years ago 率s were about a third of her rent, but had risen to 45 per cent.

‘It’s a 重荷（を負わせる） and the problem is you can’t 支配（する）／統制する it no 事柄 how you are 成し遂げるing,’ she said. ‘With other costs I have some 支配（する）／統制する, but I can’t 支配（する）／統制する 率s and the cost is rising faster than everything else.’

Lawson recently renegotiated rent on one of her shops with a 25 per cent 削減（する） in return for a longer-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 契約. She later 適用するd for a 削減 in 率s, but was 辞退するd.

The British 独立した・無所属 Retailers 協会 said that High Street sales at small shops had dipped by two per cent in the third ４半期/4分の1.

‘独立した・無所属 shop owners are 存在 squeezed from all 味方するs,’ said a 広報担当者.

‘商売／仕事 率s are 速く 増加するing, but sales are going 負かす／撃墜する ? 60 per cent of them have told us that they are anxious about 貿易（する）ing next year.’

財政上の Mail 設立する several examples where the rateable value of offices advertised for 賃貸しの matched ? and in some 事例／患者s 越えるd ? the 年次の 賃貸し（する） 支払い（額）s.

A spokeswoman for the 財務省 said: ‘Many 税金s are linked to インフレーション and in England the 政府 has committed to an 年次の RPI cap on 商売／仕事 率s.’

She 追加するd that the 政府 had 延長するd 率 救済, was 申し込む／申し出ing 割引s for 商売／仕事s in 企業 Zones and had 始める，決める up a 施設 with banks to lend to small and medium-sized 企業s.
