I 秘かに調査する a way to 削減（する） car cover

GAIL and George Archer had a 哀れな end to a Saturday night out last month. The couple returned home to discover their house had been burgled.

But that wasn't all. Gail says: 'It was horrible. There was a 始める，決める of 重要なs in the house and the 夜盗，押し込み強盗s had used them to stea l our car, which was parked outside, to take away our things.'

Fortunately, the Archers had 投資するd in extra 安全 for their Audi after having a car stolen last year.

They are の中で a growing number of 運転者s who have turned to high 科学（工学）技術 to （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 thieves - and to save on their 保険 法案s.

Gail, 30, a housewife from south London, says: 'Having already had the 強調する／ストレス and 苦痛 of having one car stolen, when we bought the Audi we had a Tracker 監視する system fitted. So we got in 接触する with Tracker, which 警報d the police and 活動させる／戦時編成するd the system.

'The car had been abandoned nearby in New Cross and a police ヘリコプター 選ぶd up the signal about four o'clock that afternoon. We 回復するd it undamaged later in the day, once it had been dusted for 指紋s.'

The Archers' Tracker system uses 無線で通信する 科学（工学）技術. The transponder in the car 送信する／伝染させるs a signal that can be 選ぶd up by 特に equipped police cars or ヘリコプターs. Other 跡をつけるing 装置s, such as RAC Trackstar and Nav-Trak, beam a signal to a 衛星, which in turn broadcasts the car's 場所 to a 支配（する）／統制する centre.

But it is possible to 回復する some of the 投資 through lower car 保険. 保険会社s will 申し込む／申し出 割引s of up to 15% for cars with 認可するd 跡をつけるing systems. In the 事例／患者 of the Archers, their 保険会社, 海軍大将, 減ずるs 賞与金s for cars fitted with Trackers by 6%. This saves George, 31, a 銀行業者, and Gail about £36 a year. Gail says: 'We paid £750 to have the system 任命する／導入するd and to cover a lifetime subscription. So, a 45-year-old man in Bridgnorth-Shropshire, would see 賞与金s on his two-year-old Land Rover 発見 TD5 落ちる from £413 to £347 a year by fitting an 認可するd tracker. This saving of £66 is, by itself, ありそうもない to make fitting the 科学（工学）技術 worthwhile.

But a 30-year-old in Tonbridge, Kent, with a one-year-old ゴルフ GTi would see the cost of 保険 落ちる from £987 a year to £834 if 跡をつけるing was fitted. This 割引 of £152 would more than 支払う／賃金 the subscription costs of the basic systems.
