What has happened to stamp 義務?

A stamp 義務 削減(する) was 発表するd by (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長 Kwasi Kwarteng in his 小型の-予算 but home 買い手s hoping for a major 精密検査する were left disappointed.?

The threshold at which stamp 義務 kicks in was すぐに and 永久的に 二塁打d from £125,000 to £250,000, but the 率s did not change meaning the 最大限 saving is £2,500.

First-time 買い手s saw their 控除 level raised from £300,000 to £425,000 and 支払う/賃金 no stamp 義務 up to that level - saving them £6,250 if they buy a £425,000 home.

Unfortunately, new (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長 Jeremy 追跡(する) later 発表するd the changes would be 逆転するd from the end of March 2025, but until then the 率s and thresholds are as 詳細(に述べる)d below.

How stamp 義務 作品

First-time 買い手s had a stamp 義務 控除 up to £300,000, which has now been raised to £425,000. They have a 最大限 購入(する) price 天井 aboive which the 控除 does not 適用する and this has also been 解除するd to £625,000.

For first-time 買い手s, the first £425,000 is 税金 解放する/自由な and then the 5 per cent 率 kicks in. If they buy a 所有物/資産/財産 costing more than £625,000 they lose their 控除?

The last major 永久の stamp 義務 改革(する) by George Osborne saw 法案s 緩和するd for some home 買い手s その上の 負かす/撃墜する the price ladder and cliff 辛勝する/優位s 除去するd, but higher 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s for those buying expensive homes.

Stamp 義務 法案s still remain 相当な for those 買い手s under Kwasi Kwarteng's 削減(する), but they will see a 削減 of £2,500.

In April 2016, stamp 義務 on buy-to-let and other 付加 所有物/資産/財産s was 改革(する)d, with the 新規加入 of a new 3 per cent 割増し料金 on all 率s. This will remain under the new higher threshold system. It means that stamp 義務 率s for buy-to-lets and second homes start at 3 per cent up to £250,000, rising to 8 per cent above this.
