Millions of people will have a new way of owning their homes when 政府 提案s are 発表するd. The 詳細(に述べる)s, 推定する/予想するd to be 問題/発行するd soon by the Lord (ドイツなどの)首相/(大学の)学長's Department, will bring in a new form of 所有権 called commonhold.
