THE CHANCELLOR today 申し込む／申し出d a 微光 of hope for first-time 買い手s desperate to get on to the 所有物／資産／財産 ladder by 二塁打ing the stamp 義務 threshold to £120,000.

The 手段 will save all 買い手s up to £1,200 on the cost of a home and is the first time the 限界 has been 増加するd since 1993.
