House prices jumped £3,000 in July

The price of 所有物/資産/財産 continued to rise fastest in Northern Ireland, where the 普通の/平均(する) home costs 18.3% more than a year ago. In Scotland, prices rose by 9.3% compared to a year earlier and in むちの跡s 居住の 所有物/資産/財産 cost 7.4% more than 12 months ago.
English homes cost 5.5% more than a year ago, and house price インフレーション rose in all 地域s except the South East, where it remained stable at 4.5%, and the West Midlands where it slowed to 3.9%.
