監視者 says with-利益（をあげる）s must 改善する

The 財政上の Services 当局 (FSA) has published the findings of its review into the 操作／手術 of with-利益（をあげる）s 基金s and says 顧客s are still losing out.

The 基金s, which millions of savers have money tied into, have come under FSA scrutiny, with it 焦点（を合わせる）ing on whether 会社／堅いs are 扱う／治療するing their with-利益（をあげる）s policyholders 公正に／かなり.

It says with-利益（をあげる）s 支えるもの／所有者s are still not getting （疑いを）晴らす enough （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） on how 政策s are doing and where they are 投資するd.

From the review, two 会社／堅いs have been referred to the FSA's 施行 分割 for その上の 調査.

The review looked at how 上級の 管理／経営 in 会社／堅いs have 器具／実施するd FSA 支配するs and showed that the 業績／成果 of 会社／堅いs is mixed.

Some are 成し遂げるing satisfactorily, however, a 重要な number are not 論証するing 基準s the FSA 推定する／予想するs from 井戸／弁護士席-run with-利益（をあげる）s 商売／仕事.

Two 重要な areas the FSA have 輪郭（を描く）d for 関心 are the 効果のない／無能な governance of with-利益（をあげる）s 基金s, which means that policyholders' 利益／興味s may not be 適切に 保護するd.

Secondly, the 重要な 証拠不十分s in the 質 of 消費者 literature, which means 会社／堅いs are not doing enough to 確実にする policyholders receive 十分な and （疑いを）晴らす enough （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） to しっかり掴む 政策s.

In 演説（する）／住所ing these 関心s, 会社／堅いs have been told to take 活動／戦闘 quickly to 改善する 操作／手術s.

For example, several 会社／堅いs have been directed to make 即座の changes to better 保護する policyholders' 利益／興味s.

The FSA will dish out その上の disciplinary 活動／戦闘 if 会社／堅いs do not 演説（する）／住所 the 関心s.

Ken Hogg, FSA 保険 部門 director, said: 'This review shows that, while there has been some 進歩, there is still more work to be done by 会社／堅いs in the with-利益（をあげる）s 部門 to ma ke sure that their policyholders are 扱う／治療するd 公正に／かなり.

'We 推定する／予想する all 会社／堅いs to raise their game in this area, not just the 会社／堅いs that we reviewed.'

The FSA 行為／行うd in-depth visits to 17 会社／堅いs, 代表するing 80% of 資産s in with-利益（をあげる）s 基金s, between September 2009 and February 2010.
