When Kelly Terry and her husband reserved a £315,000 three-bedroom new-build in Maidstone, Kent, last April, it was the culmination of four years of careful saving.

Their 建設業者s said they would be in their first home by Christmas ― and they couldn't wait.

But as soon as the Terrys opened the door on December 23, all their hard work started to unravel.

They 設立する the construction 会社／堅い, Bovis, had left dented plasterboard, sagging 床に打ち倒すs, unfinished tiling, hallways that needed repainting and no guttering on the garage.

The bricks on the garage didn't match with those on the house and, worst of all, the proper ty was 存在 力／強力にするd by a ディーゼル 発生させる人（物） because it hadn't yet been 麻薬中毒の up to the electricity grid.

Kelly, 28, a 最初の／主要な school teacher, had to light candles to put on her make-up before work because the 力／強力にする kept cutting out.

'It's heart-breaking,' she says. 'Bovis sold us a dream and you get this idea of how everything will look... but we have been massively let 負かす／撃墜する.'

'I was 脅すd to go to work at times because I was worried I'd find out someone had been 傷つける [予定 to poor workmanship],' he told Money Mail on 条件 of anonymity.

Paula Higgins, of the Home Owners 同盟 （選挙などの）運動をする group, says other housebuilders are making 類似の errors as they 努力する／競う to 攻撃する，衝突する 的s.

'These companies are 存在 driven by their 株主s, and the 質 of homes 苦しむs as a result,' she says.

'We often hear from 顧客s who are ignored once they move in because the developer has moved on to the next 事業／計画（する）.'

Sarah Ramsey and her partner 吊りくさび Mortimer moved into a three-bedroom terraced home in Apsley, Hertfordshire, last summer. But when they arrived on July 7 they 設立する a team of 建設業者s still working on the £385,000 所有物／資産／財産.

The drainage system was so poor that every time it rained, the grass became a bog.

Six months later, Sarah is still waiting for Bovis Homes to finish the 職業. The 32-year-old 新規採用 経営者／支配人, says: 'I'm worried whether I'm ever going to be able to sell the house at this 率.

'They've started building homes across the road before helping us. It's like they ignore you and hope you'll go away.'

A 広報担当者 for Bovis says: 'We fully recognise our 顧客 service has to 改善する. The leadership of the organisation is 絶対 committed to getting this 権利.'
