All 調査するs have been done and we’re just finishing off 取引,協定ing with enquiries on both our sale and 購入(する).

‘Under normal circumstances we’d be almost ready to 交流 契約s, so 完全にするing the sales and moving house would be within a few weeks.?

'However, we’ve been advised that our solicitors will get us up to the point of 存在 ready to 交流, but then go no その上の until the coronavirus spread has slowed enough that it would be 安全な for us to move.

‘This is for the 保護 of everyone in the chain - they don’t want anyone to be committed 合法的に to something at these uncertain times.’

What if an 拡張 goes beyond your mortgage?

Homeowners with mortgages have two problems, the 申し込む/申し出 of a 取引,協定 they need to move home running out and their 現在の 直す/買収する,八百長をするd 率 満了する/死ぬing.

Mortgage 貸す人s have said they can make 拡張s to help in both instances.?

If you put your move on 持つ/拘留する, the 直す/買収する,八百長をするd 率 period on your 存在するing mortgage may come to an end.

This means there's a 危険 you could 結局最後にはーなる on your 貸す人's 基準 variable 率, which could 結局最後にはーなる costing much more each month.

My home is already up for sale

If your home is on the market already there is not much that you can do while the country is in lockdown.

Physical viewings are banned and some スパイ/執行官s are trying to 申し込む/申し出 事実上の viewings instead, but setting these up may 要求する an スパイ/執行官 or photographer visiting your home again and that is to be 避けるd.?

販売人s must decide whether to 除去する their home from the market and out it 支援する on once the coronavirus 大混乱 has passed, or to k eep it on sale knowing that those stuck at home and browsing the 所有物/資産/財産 portals will see it.

最終的に, there is no 権利 or wrong answer to this - and it comes 負かす/撃墜する to personal choice. Your スパイ/執行官 can give you some 指導/手引, but they will probably be わずかに biased に向かって 示唆するing you keep the home 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる)d.

You can, however, 残り/休憩(する) 安全な in the knowledge that 所有物/資産/財産s sitting on the market during lockdown won't を煩う the perception that they can't be sold. Everyone will know why they 港/避難所't gone under 申し込む/申し出 - and all 販売人s are in the same boat.

Will coronavirus 沈む house prices??

The 所有物/資産/財産 market has been frozen as 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s are 教えるd not to do viewings and valuations and 調査するs can’t happen.

一方/合間, banking 巨大(な)s Barclays and Halifax have axed a big chunk of their mortgage 範囲s ? only 申し込む/申し出ing new 取引,協定s through 仲買人s to those with the largest deposits ? and the 産業 says it has been 圧倒するd with requests for mortgage holidays.

If your home isn't on the market yet

It goes without 説 that it's going to be a difficult time for anyone trying to sell their house at a time like this.

For one, you shouldn't be 許すing 訪問者s into your home, and while you can speak to 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s over the phone for advice, they won't be able to start marketing your home in the usual manner.

And with the 運命/宿命 of house prices uncertain as the 現在の 危機 広げるs, trying to sell your house at the moment could be a very bad idea indeed.

What you can do however is use this time to 準備する for a sale once the 危機 passes, for example by finishing DIY 職業s or getting your garden in order.

She said: 'We're hoping the move still goes ahead on that date and is not 延期するd as we don't know what could then happen. It may be months before we move.

'If it doesn't we're 関心d about where we can go as the country has been told not to visit friends or family まっただ中に the coronavirus, let alone stay with them.'?
