BRITONS were today 勧めるd to collect more than £1.5bn of forgotten 貯金, which are lying unclaimed in 国家の 貯金 and 投資s accounts.

The group said it was looking for the rightful owners of £640m of 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 利益／興味 貯金 証明書s and £90m of 索引-linked 貯金 certifi cates.

A その上の £520m lies unclaimed in 投資 accounts, and £250m is を待つing collection from ordinary 貯金 accounts.

NS&I said the money was often left 活動停止中の because people moved and failed to pass on their new 演説（する）／住所, or they 簡単に forgot they had 貯金 with the group. Some 貯金 were unclaimed because the account 支えるもの／所有者 had died and their 親族s were not aware of their 投資s.

NS&I 開始する，打ち上げるd a 解放する／自由な tracing service two years ago to help 再会させる people with their forgotten money, and since then more than 10,000 people have received about £7.9m, an 普通の／平均（する） of £786 each.

People living in the South East are most likely to have unclaimed money with NS&I. People in the 地域 are 責任がある about £3m of unclaimed 賞与金 社債 prizes and £73.5m of 貯金 lying in forgotten 投資 accounts.
