'Banks misled 顧客s in 非難する 列／漕ぐ／騒動'

The 財政上の Ombudsman Service has 報告（する）／憶測d two banks to the City 監視者 for failing to 取引，協定 公正に／かなり with 顧客s who have complained about account 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s.

It became 関心d after it 設立する a number of 顧客s from the two banks had not been told 正確に of their 権利s to take （民事の）告訴s to the ombudsman service.

An FOS spokeswoman said: 'We have 接触するd the 財政上の Services 当局 about a couple of banks we are aware of that are breaking the FSA 支配するs.'

All 顧客s who complain about their bank should be told in 令状ing by that bank of their 権利 to take their 事例／患者 to the FOS. The FSA 確認するd it had begun an 調査 into the way banks were 扱うing bank 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s （民事の）告訴s, which run at more than 2,000 a day.

The OFT is 推定する／予想するd to 問題／発行する its 見解（をとる） on bank 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s for unauthorised overdrafts this month. It might recommend a £12 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s cap, which could lead the banks to introduce flat 料金s for bank accounts.

By the end of next month, all 顧客s calling the bank will be switched to UK call centres and they will also have the 選択 to call their own 支店s direct, the bank said.

Lloyds 否定するd the move was 誘発するd by 消費者 圧力. Instead it said new 科学（工学）技術 had 削減（する） the number of calls that 要求するd a personal 返答, 許すing it to 扱う all calls from its UK centres.

?? HBOS has halved its 年金 赤字 in just two years.
